my baby routine except milk is
Cerelac around 6 am
around 8 half plain chapati (give it to him,as he enjoys self eating😊)
around 11 boiled solid carrot /banana puree/ apple puree (according to season)
12-1 khichdi (moong dal,rice,masoor dal)
around 4-5 cerelac again.
milk aprox 10 times a day
around 6 7 he used to sleep
n take milk in every interval

Tv dekh raha tha isliye 😂 bt kaise b kha to raha h wahi badi bat h or akele baby ko smbhakna or tym pe khana mushkil hota h to acha thoda tv to dekh hi skte h bache

My baby hamesha chupchap baitke khata hai.😀 Without tv. And he eats everything n doesn't even indicate he's full or doesn't want to eat anymore.😅😂

Hii Kavya..just to give ideas..I have kept ragi, oats and fox nuts..all dry roasted n Powdered in separate jars..I make porridges with these on different days for my 9 month old baby..kabhi ragi se..toh kabhi oats se..toh kabhi makhane use karke.. thought of sharing it because handling a baby alone is not easy at all..in recipes se kaafi time bach jaata hain , plus they r super healthy too 😊
I have used ragi in past but will try oats & fox nuts too thanks 😄

Boy is peaceful and not much tricky nd notorious. My 10 month son used number of trick to spoil food n avoid use various unexpected trick n play. Very active. He used statagy to jump constantly while sitting in chair.

My baby.. she would strech herself out the chair..bend towards the ground.. throw toys at feet and play with her feet and what not..😅
Hi Kavya ..I would recommend Silver spoon or steel spoon .. Few people say dinner time fruits nahi dene chahiye ....
Plus no TV while having food plus no packaged food

I saw 100's of videos, everyone just pretend like keep perfect time schedule and very healthy food. sometime i ask my how they are giving food perfectly in time, y I can't do this... Cerelac might not be healthy. ..I'm not judging just saying.... I also don't have helper at home and handle two baby myself and household work....its very tiring I know but sugar is classified as toxin now specially before one .........so just give oats if you are running short of time instead of cerelac coz oats is very easy and cooks in 5 minutes..thats what I do ....

.The rest is good. However mango at night is not good for intestine. And banana as first meal is not good for gastric....
Breast milk or formula should be the most important source of food for babies under 1 year! solids should not be given more than twice at this age. Healthy snacking can be a part of the routine but that’s too much solid and way less milk for a 10 month old !!!!! Salt and masala should also be introduced in less quantities only after a year!
I too felt same,.. She is giving roti plus mango plus halwa... Which is too much
How do you manage everything while working?
Hi, when did you started first solid food for baby and what was it..
Sugar in any form may be jaggery dates etc before a year is not recommended as it leads to tooth decay at later stage.
Can we give walnut and almond powder to such a small baby ?? Is it homemade? Roasted or raw dry fruits powder ?

So true...I have quite similar routine like u...thanks for uploading this video ...I atlast found someone whose baby's diet is similar to my baby....I also handle my baby alone plus household chores so sometime i give cerelac with nuts powder or fresh fruits ...I do hear many people saying me why m I giving packaged food but honestly at end of the day I just see that my baby s happy n active do i am happy...

Cerelac not advisable for babies. Even biscuits. No nutritional value , only sugars. Try to avoid processed packed foods.
As you can see I add lot of nutritional things already to the feed and bache ko sab kuch khane ki aadat daalni chahiye coz otherwise they’ll become fussy eater when they grow up..... and ceralac is packed food & I know it’s always good to give home cooked foods but I don’t think so that it’ll harm if I give him once in a day , also sometimes I make him homemade ceralac as well.

Sorry to say, but don't you think it's too much for 10 month baby, I am generally asking please don't mind, coz my baby 5 and 1/2 month. I don't think he will eat this much when he became same old... If I am wrong pls correct me.
No dear it's not too much. He is not eating every thing little bit from everything .its a good way of giving all nutrients. My baby is of same age nd I also do the same.nd trust me when u will start feeding ur child when he complete 6months u will also do the same coz we r mothers nd we don't compromise in anything which is for our baby.nd last u can't overfeed ur baby he or she will only eat what they like nd how much they want to eat.every child is different so dont judge what one eat the other will also eat. And trust me babies r very particular about their food they will only eat what they like nd want. So it's useless to guess whose baby is going to eat what.let them decide .we r their only to follow our babies order😁😁😁😁. My pediatrician says their is no quantity for baby food. Feed them till they eat happily nd stop when they stop.dont force to feed they know how much they need.
My baby is 8 months and he only eats 1/4 from that all food
@@zobiawaqas140 yeah that's what I am saying, with breast feed, it's huge, and if baby starts eat max, then it's appetite will increase with age, it become result of unnecessary weight gain, will impact baby health.
He use to eat much less when he started eating but minimum 4-5 meals are recommended and 3 should be cereal based. Quantity depends on your baby, sometimes they eat more sometimes very little...
