Mam , day routine hogaya plz share night routine...u may wonder what night routine.....apke jaise hi i have stopped milk to my one year old ....i only feed her night times ...her day routine is same as divisha....but she wakes up for milk for atleast 3 times.....but divisha wakesup straight 7?.... please mam give tips so tht she could stop waking so many times

Ma’am aap liana k formula milk pr to baat krte hai..bt aap divisha ki 1st 5mnth journey btaiye..breast feed k sath formula feed b kraye..maine sirf breast feed kraya to mere bacchi ne fir bottle nahi pkdi.. kai baar hota h ki hum bimar hote hai..milk ki quantity km hoti h.. fir b baccha sirf breast feed krna chahta hmeri bacchi ka weight km hua isse vo fir recover hi nhi hua..dctrs bolte h ki mother milk only..pr vo journey tough ho jati hai..bacche ko koi or rakh nhi skta hr situation mai sirf maa hi suffer krti h..mujhe apni journey iske chlte tough lgi.. i m 5mnth pregnant..mai vo glti repeat nhi krna chahti.
