Big harvesters and big wagons in the field create what we call the hard pan here in the US. Thus this land is probably deeply bottom plowed after the harvest to break the hard pan, right?
Holden Sheen Together with 2 or 4 row trailed harvesters is this the most common way to harvest potatoes here in Holland. There are a few farmers that use a wind rower, mostly in seed potatoes, but thats a rare site in my region. Thanks!
