I want to know that currently I’m enrolled in September intake and taking refund from college by using private college offer letter but i will not attend private college it is just for taking refund. And now i am getting admission in next jan intake in another public college so there will be 4 month gap. Will it cause any issue in work permit?

A 1 year program means 8 months, you will get a visa for 1 year but the program duration will be 8 months. Why do they give you a 1 year study permit because in some courses they might have a co-op of four months that will start after two semesters.
