Being suspicious or dressing differently or speaking differently or taking notes on a piece of plastic is not against the law or being rude. We have a right to go about our lawful business. The security guards can certainly ask what he was doing but should accept any answer and walk away. They do not have the right to discriminate one person because he is different. The auditor was told to leave because he was taking notes. Any sensible person would find that unjust. What if the security guard thought a person was Jewish?
