There might be a lot more because it's an absolutely beautiful home although it is right by a freeway!! But nevertheless how many bedrooms and bathrooms does it have???
Mansion is beautiful but in the wrong location , Should be some where long drive to the house and have a view of the hills or lake... Not close to another houses and by the street lol
Insane to think that my home is 3400sqft and is selling for 3.5 mill here in Palm Springs CA. And yet heres this giant mansion for a mill more lol location location location
Definitely would have landscaped a wall of trees across the front of the property instead of hedges. Nice home though! 2,000 square ft. homes can sell for $4M where I live so sounds like a steal!
This would be $15 million plus in Middle Tennessee; $1,000 or more a foot is the going rate for upper end housing. Another location, location, location dilemma.
@@northernkentuckyliving my experience is that it is dirty, and not very safe. Most of my experiences would be along 75 and 71 in the touristy areas, and In Cincinnati. I had to stay up there for work for a couple months. I cried every day. Lol. Not for me! I'm in central ky, so it's a very different vibe from what I am used to.
* * LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION ...!!! * * Too bad such a majestic location is in such a BAD PLACE...right by the highway, listening and viewing the traffic all the time! .................... Good Luck selling that for $1M...!
Damn 15k sq mansion on a literal estate for 3.8 is crazy. In my area 3.8 wouldn’t even buy half that on a good day, and it wouldn’t have a fraction of this much land. This would be like 25 million easily where I live.
That is why there is fountains. But for that money they should have a wall and several rows of trees. Love the house but won’t pay that to be near a highway!
That does sound like a good idea but I think the intention behind this property was to be more of something for everyone to see rather than a hidden gem.
obscene, location ?? right next door to a row of crack houses and the freeway ??? This type of home needs at least 20 acre lot or more. Way to waste good money. Good luck selling this heap.

Absolutely beautiful but that location next to the freeway killed it.
I believe it’s meant to be more a statement piece house for people to see, rather than a hidden gem.
Looks like a busy arterial road, not a freeway. I still want this mansion even with all the traffic!
Agreed
I guess for some people the desire to be seen is more important than peace and quiet! Why else would you build right next to a freeway.
Definitely not ideal for those wanting to get away from things. The backyard is a pretty nice escape though.
You ought to take a look at all the mansions of the Silicon Valley billionaires, that are in plain sight along Interstate 280, in Northern California.
I believe this place needs access to road many visitors.
Like a new kindof white house
I don't believe that road was a freeway. It just looks like a busy arterial road. I'll take the traffic if I could have this beautiful home!
Lovely ❤
We agree!
Stunning just stunning. Thank you
It truly is!
Absolutely stunning estate in an absolutely horrendous location
I believe it’s meant to be more a show piece house for people to see, rather than a hidden gem.
@northernkentuckyliving okay, that would make sense. Can you tell us who the architect, builder and designers were?

Beautiful home, great motivation!!!
Yes! We love watching this tour of it!

Truly amazing home!
It’s the details for me 🔥
All the little details and thought that went into it😍

Amazing home!
What is beautiful for Kentucky? I absolutely think it’s an amazing home 👑💯

Come on Powerball!!!!
Same! Lol
There might be a lot more because it's an absolutely beautiful home although it is right by a freeway!! But nevertheless how many bedrooms and bathrooms does it have???
6 bedrooms. 8 bathrooms. 15,000 sqft.
Woooow
Very WOW!
Mansion is beautiful but in the wrong location , Should be some where long drive to the house and have a view of the hills or lake... Not close to another houses and by
the street lol
More of a Biltmore entrance vibe with that description, not a bad idea!
Why in the hell would ANYONE build this magnificent place next to busy highway?🤦🏼
Maybe $2 Million… NO FREAKING WAY for $4,000,000.👎🏼
Final sales price $3,836,000
Bro 2 million 💀 that won’t even buy a 3k sq ft house where I live ☠️
This would probably be 20mill+ if it were in Beverly hills.
Absolutely!
Very nice
So nice!
When are you moving in?
We wish😅

It’s definitely wild how much prices can vary state by state! You tend to get more house for your money in KY.
@@miketackabery7521 sadly I'm leaving California as well. Upkeep, taxes and insurance is 55k a year for my home which is ridiculous.
location horrible, beautiful home
I hate it when someone overbuilds in neighborhood .
Beautiful property, horrible location.😬
That’s the truth! 😵💫
I thought the same thing lol
Otherwise it won't be 4 mil
I believe it was meant to be more of a show piece rather than a hidden gem.

4 million in kentucy but this would cost 50 million in canada sometimes it sucks being canadian
You definitely get more house for your money in Kentucky
Too close to the Hwy.. Beautiful house though
Very beautiful house!
This needs a small wilderness to separate from the traffic, tall trees, lots of shrubby bits; a wall, would reduce the noise and offer more privacy.
That does sound like a good idea. I think the intention behind this property was to be more of something for everyone to see rather than a hidden gem.
This would be $15 million plus in Middle Tennessee; $1,000 or more a foot is the going rate for upper end housing. Another location, location, location dilemma.
Housing affordability can definitely vary greatly by region. Northern Kentucky tends to allow more house for your dollar in the area.
Super 😮
Beautiful house!
Unfortunately would take a lot of money to update it. The outside is so stunning though
It’s all part of the style they are going for. It’s not supposed to be a modern look.
Update ? What are you talking about? If you don't like the style then look elsewhere . I think inside is stunning.
I Like to tell myself I can afford these houses one day probably not tho lmao❗️
Same 😆
What's with the neighbors? Looks like boarding houses.
In the other houses defense, many houses look less desirable when compared to this one 😆
If a wall could be built to drown out the highway view this could somehow work
I’d buy it with the architect if a wall to block the highway view

This was built for Cincinnati Reds' ball player.
That’s what rumor has it!
It's real I seen it already. Northern ky
Beautiful property!
$4 million? At least $40 million anywhere else!!
Agreed! A LOT of house for the money.
Cinci area is the cheapest metro area in Ky for housing. Not a great area for the most part.
What would you change about Northern Kentucky?

I think I would prefer a 2 million dollar house on 100 acres with no neighbors or interstate highways 100 yards away.
That does sound like a good idea but I think the intention behind this property was to be more of something for everyone to see rather than a hidden gem.
Nice place to stay for vacation but hard to live as a home. Not cozy at all
I’d be okay vacationing a week there😁
The mansion is very nice but this might be the worst located mansion I’ve ever seen in my life.
I believe it was meant to be more of a show piece than a hidden gem.
Should not be next to a highway - No privacy

20 acres would definitely be a nice plus! It did sell already though.
