@@bryandoles4227 I have a Honda crf450r and I'm scared to have the engine reved all the way and let out on the clutch instantly won't it flip or stand up?
@@SquareBodyK5 im personally not too great at it but what you do is you lean really far forward and if your bike has a lot of power you can also engage and disengage the engine while taking off
@@P00P_ but on a pitbike it will probs spin like hell or bog out, mine just spins coz my yx140 makes close to 20hp with bigger carb, z40cam, big valve head and light wight magnito and it just spins like mad in 2nd gear coz its only on a crf70 pitbike frame
Find the friction point where your bike starts moving. From there you can drop the clutch instantly. Depending on the traction you might have to feather the clutch a little bit over the gate especially on a fast bike.
Nice one. I've never given much thought to the feet position beginning the start and through the start. Nice. Cant wait to try that 👍.

Steve.
Same! I feel like I learned so much today! Lol
Do you just let out the clutch instantly or do you let it out with patients?
instantly, but you will need high revs or you will stall

Awesome! Thanks so much.
Thanks for watching!
Do you hold the brack when you start
No
What about staring in 1st gear ?
Than it just slowly rolls
@Landon Mehas - STEM Student usually u start in 2nd
@Landon Mehas - STEM Student his clutch went bye bye
Always start in second, first gear the bike won’t go as fast and you’ll just be reving out.

Doesn't this hurt the clutch though?
Does it?
I mean shouldn't dirtbike are made 4 that
Whenever I start I stall what am I doing wrong
Probably not giving enough rpm or else you're letting go of clutch to fast
Not giving enough throttle, letting the clutch out too fast or in too high of a gear
Or feather the clutch
WHAT ABOUT THE CLUTCH ?
DO I LET GO QUICKLY OR WHAT?
