I haven't bowled for over 30 years, and decided to revisit. After a few 160-180 games with house balls, I decided to get my own ball for the first time. Picked up the exotic Gem, and within a few games I pulled a 231. My best game so far with it, but I can definitely see the potential. I typically play the outside line, but with my low rev rate it works well!
I like your reviews and Ilke your channels, but this new camera view, angle, whaterver, stimks. Downlane view sucks, and I can't see the ball go through the pins. If this is yor new normal, I don't think I'll continue to watch. Sorry, but I hope I'm not the only one who is complaining, but I've watched you for several years and you are are one of my favorites for ball reviews, and other great content. Hope you consider my comments as costructive criticism and will respectfully consider changing back to the other camera views.
Got the original Gem. Didn't work for me. Drilled the Exotic Gem. I was in a horrible slump and nothing I did seemed to help. The Exotic Gem got me out of my slump. Its combination of predictable downlane motion and terrific hitting power helped me rediscover the bowler I used to be. This is a good ball for almost everyone. Get it.
Been watching the videos for a while, very informative. I currently have the idol cosmos, and the original gem. I really love the cosmos as my main ball in leagues. I’m thinking of adding this to my arsenal, how would you compare this ball today the cosmos? Also I noticed you use finger tape, can I ask what brand you use? Thanks.
I watched Darren tang vlog today he throw it in league and he said he like it! and it hooks alot but he was playing by the gutter and throw it to the 1 board
Absolutely love your videos but absolutely hate this camera angle. Really can’t see the ball reaction whatsoever. Please do this ball over again with the floor level view
Soon to be 58 and didn't bowl for over 20 years until I went out a few times last winter. I even threw a couple games one hand no thumb yesterday because I have no balls that could come close to getting through the massive puddle of oil they had on the lanes. Looking at a Storm Nova but liked how this ball looked.

I always find it odd that after success, these bowler reviews try something different. And, continue looking really bad as they do it. Trying to make the ball to do something it simply will not do, or was not made to do.

Hey Jr I bowl on a 37 foot lane and I'm not much of a cranker what ball would you recommend for someone who doesn't crank it alot
