No matter how many times I listen to it from its release until now, it still gives me goosebumps and stirs my brain. And I'm full of tears.
This was my first contact with LOVEBITES, but it was the Bloodstock live version. Even with the unoptomized mics, I was blown away. Delved deeper and realized I just discovered my new favorite heavy metal band. 🤘🐺🤘

This is my most favorite solo performance by Midori and Miyako (oh my doriyako).
The notes, the pitches, the expressions, the energies. They're performed a nerve surgery on me.
Agreed… at least for Midori. Myako’s got some great bluesy solos that I prefer to her work here, but this is definitely one of her best. And yeah… Midori smiling mid-shred towards the end of her lead is great

This was my first contact with Lovebites almost 6 years ago, my favourite band.
This Lovebites song deserves more than a million views. We can see the wonderful Miho present! Lovebites heavy, virtuosic with impressive song! One of the best from Lovebites!
I'm not sure but I think the "Rising" video is before this one, anyway "Shadowmaker" is the song with which I discovered Lovebites and for me it will always be their best song.🐺🤘

The music video initially stopped playing at the interlude and inserted an announcement about the release date of the first full-length album and concert tour dates. They removed that no longer needed portion and re-uploaded this video. At this time, they had been on stage for less than a year and were still trying things out, so the positions of Midori and Miyako are reversed from what they are now.
This is a re-release of the mv, when originally out it had an ad in the middle for an album or tour dates can't remember which. Heavy metal never dies was the first CD I got from them 2 discs 19 tracks of awesomeness

BTW - some INFO: Miyako announced Friday (her Birthday) that she is solo releasing a Metal cover EP, ON PIANO!! She is covering Gary Moore - The Loner, Deep Purple - Burn, Yngwie Malmsteen - Far Beyond the Sun, Helloween - Eagle Fly Free, and Lovebites - Addicted. Will also include a DVD with an 'Inside The Piano Documentary.

Yes they certainly started at a gallop and haven't let up. I wish I knew of them back in 2017.

This was the second video they posted on yt, and the one that blew up. Midori's grin while she shreds is so badass. This is a cleaned up version of the video, which is why it has a recent post date. Miyako was not yet a full-time member of the band, and was using the stage name "Mi-Ya".
This video appeared on TH-cam to me when it first dropped, because I was a fan of Aldious and was an obvious link. I guess my reaction was to just keep loop watching. I was awestruck and the ladies just keep delivering years later. My go to metal is a bit more brutal, but the respect and love for Lovebites will never leave. Long may they reign
