As income tax student, income tax perspective any one condition need to be satisfied for residential status
1. 182days or more in previous year
2. Any person in india for 60days or more AND 365 days or more during 4 immediately preceding previous year.
✔️Any one condition above fulfilled then it will consider as resident.
Second thing, an Indian citizen leaves India as a member of crew of ship then they need to be issued CDC(continuous discharge certificate).
No one can run away from Indian tax laws even single penny it will consider.

What is reason behind pathfinder escaping from its responsibility like modern history? Generally TH-cam channels don't finish course within appropriate time frame. So we compel to pay high fees to Branded coaching institute like Vajiram.
The way you wrote against Pathfinder is inappropriate . He is the man trying hard to give best content . There may be some problem , if you want to keep your words , then do it politely !
There's no escaping. Some lectures take more time to prepare and deliver. I don't deliver run of the mill content. The coverage is comprehensive and takes time to prepare compact ppts that can be used as notes by students. All that along with current affairs and other special classes. Hence the delay in between on some days.
👍👍inward remittance $100 billion for the year 2022..still NRI get no power to choose who gets to make the law. NRIs is the reason India can stand shoulder to shoulder with other powers. hust see srilanka and pakistan. Current law and embassies are the worst of the worst. Someone should take this matter and voice NRIs concern.🙏🙏

its taxable because its generated in india
1. Remittance is not taxable in India particularly from Gulf Countries.
2. Remittance is taxed in India if that remittance is not taxed in Saudi: But a person need fulfill another condition that is Resident i.e
., 182 days stay in India in previous year or 60 days stay in India + 365 days in the last 4 years preceding previous year.
3. Remittance is not taxed as its first receipt is in foreign country, in India only first receipt i.e., first received is taxed.
