I've driven across my country, Canada 6 times now, sunup to sundown, coast to coast. If I was driving at night I always looked for a semi truck to follow or a big pickup if one was around. They made me feel safer. I would feel just as safe being your passenger on a rainy night like this one.

I strangely don't get sleepy while driving in the rain. It might be because of the sound of the rain and the moderate tension it brings.
