This is what happens when the locals (like the digger driver in the video) doesn't take notes or is aware about a rally event being held around their estate or neighbourhood. Things like this do happen. I remember when I was a kid watching a rally event in my country with my father, I saw a rally car got caught up behind a lorry driver who was was on the way out of the stage while carrying palm oils. Pretty sure he didn't know there was a rally held in the estate his working..

how do you not know there's a rally on? there's tape and sponsor boards and spectators everywhere. theres a guy in hi-vis behind him trying to get him to stop. i suspect it was some local who was pissed off at the rally being held there and tried to sabotage it
