This is another actor whose name is also Björn Gustafson he is a very well know actor in Sweden. Robert Gustafsson also plays two roles here, partly the son but also the older father. Björn plays the father's visitor.

A part of this joke is the confusion with Dammsugare (vacuum cleaner), and Dammsugare the Arrak flavoured pastry. Joe's favourite pastry was Dammsugare. Dammsugare as a name was given the pastry because it looked very much like the vacuum cleaners used to look in the 50s and 60s and also the fact that is sucks up all stale and broken cookies in a bakery. I think it's also called an Arrak roll, but I have only ever heard it being called Dammsugare.
Dammsugare is cookie crumbles rolled together with Arrak/Punch/Coffee, it's then rolled in green marzipan, cut into pieces and each end is dipped in chocolate. It's very delicious and very calorie dense.

Robert Gustafsson is great in the role of an old man. Have you seen the movie 'The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared' (German title; 'Der Hundertjährige, der aus dem Fenster stieg und verschwand')? I can really recommend it and it's follow up. It's a great and fun movie and Robert Gustafsson is making a hilarious achievement as the 100 year old man.

5:13 "Dammsugare" is a classical candy / cockie (green marsipan and black/brown chocolate, as described a little bit earlier in the video, they wanted something to the coffee). But "Dammsugare" is also the word for vaccum cleaner

Unfortunately, I think you are confusing Björn Gustafson in this video, with Björn Gustafsson in your previous reaction videos.
Björn Gustafson in this video is "Tord" who comes to visit, who brought flowers with him. So not the same Björn Gustafsson that you have previously reacted to.
In this series called "Gustafsson 3 stairs", Robert Gustafsson plays three main roles himself.
1. The old man (Gottfrid) who is visited by Tord in this video.
2. The son (Fredrik) who is at the beginning of this video. (He is the son of Gottfrid.)
3. The property manager in the house "Nils Emanuel Herman".

Unfortunately, it seems to be difficult to find more videos on TH-cam with english subtitles from this series (unless you stream it from the broadcast app that this series comes from).

Björn Gustafson (with only one "s" in Gustafson) was in the sketch though. He was born is 1934, unlike the younger actor Björn Gustafsson (with two "s") who was born in 1986.
