I am trying to find the "Enable and Disable" on the Start trigger drop down. I have Enable: when the eye icon in front of the filter is enabled. But for anything else that is it for enabled.
Enable & Disable no longer exists, so here's what to do instead: set the start trigger to enable: when the eye icon in front of this filter is enabled, then add hotkeys in the settings to all of your camera movement filters (if you don't have a streamdeck like me). It works! :D
Nutty, love your videos bud!! I like how you keep them quick and fresh, I also like your sense of humor, we need more of this good stuff, I will be giving my stream a face-lift because of you! Keep up the great work!!
4:46 "If your camera is in a group or a nested scene on one scene, and not on a second scene, then the move transition plugin is not gonna recognize them as matching scenes, so it's not gonna animate them" This took me a minute to figure out, but you can use the top box of the move transition properties to fix this--"Match of the source name". If you have [source] and [group/nested scene containing source], name the group/nested scene "[source] 1" or "[source] group" and check the appropriate box in the properties e.g. I have a camera scene with the source "M50" by itself (and some other stuff separate), then in a playing scene I have a group "M50 vertical" which is a group containing a scene with M50 and an alpha mask to make it a vertical camera with beveled edges, and a drop shadow. I checked "with the last word removed matches the other source name" and the move transition plugin recognizes them. Unfortunately there's a little hiccup halfway through since the M50 is 1920x1080 and the M50 vertical is a cropped version of that and it's switching the scenes partway through. You can obfuscate this by using the 'back' easing function, or by using the fade transition (transitionception!!!). Having both on seems to just use the back and not back and fade.
How do you add the sound clip to the dramatic zoom. Is that through the that third party stream deck app from your previous video..? Just add a trigger to the same command and make it a sound file. Will they then work in conjunction with one another..?
For changing the position of your camera, I was able to use the inbuilt hotkeys in OBS to assign each position to a hotkey (I use F14-24 cause you don't need them) and then i just assign those same hotkeys as buttons on the stream deck
So strange how what works for one person, doesnt work for someone else.. I tried this same thing after finding that the OBS Tools app for the Stream Deck wasnt working for this.. Except setting up the keybinds in OBS then adding a Hotkey in the stream deck, doesnt work for me.

Alright, I have spent a ton of time trying to figure this out, how do you have filters activate for different scenes? The only way to get animated scene transitions is if the source is the same on each scene. But if you want to take your full just chatting screen and then round off the edges in your gameplay screen, they wont work with animated scene transition since you would be using two different webcam scenes to apply the correct filter... So I'm stuck on everything. I have it set up to the point of setting stream deck buttons. It won't recognize obs to the stream deck for the filter toggle. It's a red obs symbol. I feel lost
@nutty is there a way to use this motion effect but in one scene you have applied a Image/Mask filter and not in the next one? For example, I like to have rounded corners while Im playing but when Im chatting I prefer full screen (no rounded corners).

Hey, I've been watching some of your videos on OBS tips and they are great. Is there some way you can add a sound effect and link it to the dramatic zoom so that it plays once the hotkey is pressed? Thanks.
I could be wrong but the latest version of OBS as of the 30th of Dec 2020.... no longer gives you the + - option you merely use the drop down to use "Add: move" to add it as an option in the Scene Transitions drop down. This was my experience. Can anyone else confirm?
the dramatic zoom is not easy to get to work right when using a green screen and have cropped sides. Positions gets wrong very easy. Another thing, the transform resets when I right click on the camera and reset transformation. Works just right it seems if sets per scene and not on the nested scene alone, because then you easy gets the start position right for each scene
Use the scene that contains the dramatic zoom in other scenes instead of your webcam source. For hotkey trigger you leave the start trigger option at None and have the filter always enabled.
Instead of hitting the steam deck button twice (9:10) could you simply add a multi action button to press that button twice with a slight delay between presses?? Great video, thanks for the tips!
Has anyone got the Stream Deck part working? Unlike video at 8:45, I can only select source from dropdown (not type) then only 'source' filters, not 'scene' filters. Perhaps something has changed after recent updates, either in Bar Raiders tools or the Stream Deck update.
Do you have a video explaining how to MUTE a media file after it's done playing? I have hotkeys to play media files and I don't want to hit the hotkey again to mute it.

Question. Do the plugins update on their own, or do I have to install new versions manually every time?
I asked the same question on Twitch and Nutty said the updates need to be done manually, the same way you did the initial installation
Has anyone got the Stream Deck part working? Unlike video at 8:45, I can only select source from dropdown (not type) then only 'source' filters, not 'scene' filters. Perhaps something has changed after recent updates, either in Bar Raiders tools or the Stream Deck update.
I found a workaround - assign a hotkey to each scene filter in OBS (File > Settings > Hotkeys) then assign each hotkey in Stream Deck. Works!

NEED HELP. There is no Plus or Minis Icons on my Scene Transition Box... Only a drop down and a Settings button. Please Help!
Do you have a video explaining how to MUTE a media file after it's done playing?
I have hotkeys to play media files and I don't want to hit the hotkey again to mute it.
When moving the camera, is there a way to invert it too?
I learn so much with your videos! Greetings from Peru man
