Coach Adrian, the continued no contact is what you've asked me to do for at least a couple more months. but I don't know what exactly it is that I'm focusing on. Yes, I am worried she could lose feelings as time goes on but I also know that she could just wind up missing me more if I stay out of contact longer. The only thing is what if this entire time (in my case 1month as you know) they've been wanting me to reach out to them and that is all it would take to reconnect but they just didnt do it first yet? How would we know if this is the case
My situation is complicated. It's been a year since we broke up. In the beginning I did everything wrong. For months he would not soeak with me. Now he has a girlfriend that he saids he is fond of but he calls me twice a week and flirt a little. He even acknowledges he still have feelings for me and if he didn't have a girlfriend we would get back together. I realized oneday after months of him calling me that after our conversation I would get depressed. However I never told him. Oneday I stopped taking his calls so I could heal. Oneday he called in the evening and i answered and he asked me if I stopped being his friend because he has a girlfriend. I didn't know how to respond. Now hes not calling and I realize its for the best.
Seperated fir 3 years, 2 teenage children - still legally married, he's now met someone & he's physically and emotionally involved .. not moved in with her - but he's planning on it. I am now tired and very hurt and need to move on myself. What's the way forward for me? Divorce abd legal proceedings?? I waited and worked on jtself - didn't put pressure or play any games .. feel betrayed big tine. 😢
my ex gf, wants me to be more social and have more activities that she sees me doing on my own...before the possibility of trying again, I love her and want her back in my life.

Love is all a game. Just stay single lol … all of this is a headache
But Coach, what if the reason of our break up is because he just suddenly fell out of love? will the No Contact caused him more to forget everything about us? will I still have a chance to get him back? but I am still hoping that we'll still get back together, maybe not today, but hopefully soon.
I have been in no contact with my ex for about a month now .. within the last week she has text me to say “ have a good day or Have fun today with the activities that she knows I do “

Hi matt from uk been with a girl nearly,9 years we do fall out on and off she loves to moan at me we have 2 little kids together we live in different houses as I'm a full time dad to 1 boy different mum she Alway stress when I see my mum and sister as they fell out well she and my mum did so not been able to take my kids to see them ive done all this to keep the baby mother happy and more but she don't seem to see it as when I bring it up she go's mad and seems to forget all she said and dose. Last few months she been of again with me she is 40 I'm 43. She told me she not in love with me any more so I kept asking why why I hate my self for asking I still don't know why. I hate to fight well we don't screem at each other like some do. I went to meet her at work on her break in her car park soon as I got there she angry at me and cold keep saying go away I was only there I said so we could talk with out kids listening to us. O and she has 2 other kids not by me different men who are not around older kids. I've not called her only last Monday when I saw her all week now nothing from her. Is it only me but I feel if I'm not there she be seeing some other guy as I see she has loads of men even men I don't like who I new on her face book I'm not on her photo album or do I have face book anymore. Soon as I see her I feel I should say about it but I'm lost to what to say help shall I stay away
