I believe the Jazz is specifically made for Europe and Japan and the Fit is for United States only. I believe the cars are identical, with the exception of internal differences, such as the odometer/speedometer readings.....one is km and the other in mph, as well as other minor differences mechanically speaking. The U.S. has certain specifications for cars which differ from those of Europe and Japan. I think in the EU and Japan cars are not quite as powerful because of smaller roadways.
Not a terribly helpful video for comparisons. None of the clips are labeled so you don't know what you are looking at. There may be subtle differences, but it's indescernable for the uninformed...which I presumed this was the intention of the clip.
