Yeah, unfortunately the wii u and switch are about the same power (Switch is like wii u in tablet form) and they used coding wizardry and wii u specific tricks and BARELY still put it on there. Doing a port wouldn't work, and trying to recode the game in a similar way might not, but definitely isn't worth the effort. Maybe a current gen nintendo console could.
Reading the description, you've stated that the Milsaadi are not level 64+. Levels for enemies to consistently drop x60 tier skell equipment is usually 61+ not 64+. There are no level 61 or above Milsaadi that I know of sadly for good consistent high quality Diskbomb farming. Also weapon traits are tied to the weapon and not the enemy that drops them. So Durrha's Drones are the same as any other Xe-Dom or Cinicula Drones that are drop as x60. Potential on skells is only known to increase healing arts like F-Wave SA and Soul Voice healing. So that's not necessarily a good trait on Drones.
