Is there a reason why you don't listen to music. Been following your journey and noticed that. Is it because its just you and your thoughts when you run?
Started following you back in 2016 when you were still in Korea, so weird seeing how much you've progressed and that you're about to be a dad. Keep up the work!
I’m with you to! Been watching since Korea. Man nick inspires me so much bro!! Been a huge proponent of his supplents, more specifically flight, endo pump and G1M. He inspired me to run my first marathon which is in may!!
I have been here on/off since the "day in a life of an infantry platoon leader" video. Different phases in both Nicks and my life. Its great how much the community around BPN had grown! I remember them packing orders with Joe and Preston and suddenly there is a whole team behind the operations. And Nick is doing crazier and crazier things. Love it! :D
I really cant stand how loosely people throw around the term "King" to one another but man if anyone deserves that title its Nick, this man has built an empire and a kingdom from the ground up and has remained true and good valued. You’re an absolutely prefect example of what all men should strive for.
I’m Active duty CG and trying to stay on a consistent program is hard enough with my schedule, throw in a child and is almost impossible. I’m excited for you to navigate through running a business, all your fitness goals and being a father. If anyone can do it, it’s you! Personally when I completed my goal and exceeded my expectations, it was WAY more fulfilling b/c it was that much harder.
Nick, I hope the pregnancy goes so so smoothly. And that little girl is going to have the most special Mummy n Daddy. Two bits of advice. If your pregnant wife says you need something… you need it. Don’t argue… just get it. And secondly, (I’m 52 with 3) as I’m sure your father has told you, your life is going to change. And it will be for the better… and will look nothing like it does today…. And you will cry because you don’t know love until your daughter is put in your arms.
Hi Nick, I don’t know what kind of stroller you chose but we’ve had a bob and it’s been great for running! I’ve done a few 5ks with our children riding in it. It’s also a fun way to spend time with them early on in life…running and talking to them while they ride. Enjoy being a dad! It’s the best thing in life!
There are two things I've taken from your videos in the past 3 months. 1. Protein sludge bowl. I have this with PB2, cacao powder, choc peanut protein, skim milk, chia seeds, flax seeds, honey and frozen blueberries. Basically my daily dessert and chocolate fix. 10/10 my favourite meal of the day. Then 2. Increase running capacity, slowly.... Not drastically like I've done in the past.
Exciting times ahead in the Bare household. My son and his wife Steph just had a baby girl. She is the most beautiful thing in the world, in my opinion. She’s going to be so spoilt in love❤️. I can imagine Nick you’ll be spoiling yours with love also. God Bless you both. 🙏
I know you know what you're doing and I'm not familiar with where you're running but I always recommend running on the left side of the road. It's much easier to step into the grass if a car isn't getting over when you can see a car coming vs. trying to listen for them coming up behind you. Good luck out there man! Keep it up.
Love these style videos. It kind of detail your story outside of fitness, being a CEO, or marathon runner. It gives us a personable view inside of you guys life.
Love the bit about similar strength training built around consistency over time and using the framework considering what you’re training for in running, triathlon or anything else you desire! So many of my clients have a hard time appreciating the simplicity of workouts!
Awesome video! Started following you during the pandemic. Running my first Marathon this weekend in VB and my wife and I are expecting our first child in April. Love your content
Nick, your whole house does basically turn into a baby supply store. Especially with the first one! And you know what, it's the best thing ever. Never know what tool you'll need for the job (of keeping those sweet kiddos happy lol). Fatherhood rules!
Yup my house has been taken over by a 3 year old tornado. But it’s a fun ride! Also make sure you have a running stroller you can stash a lot of snack and entertainment for the young one lol I learned. Best of luck
Thank you for your service! I recently separated from the military and have started getting into working out. I was wondering if you could give me some tips?
Congrats Nick and Steph!! My wife and I just welcomed our first, we didn't find out until the big day, but we have a perfect little daughter :) you've got your work cut out for you! hope the pregnancy goes well for Steph and as always the content is great!!
So much important things your doing. Its always good to train and stay fit so if you have to do anything, your ready for it. The war in ukraine really makes you want to stay fit and active--necessity. Doing whats important is what makes a man.
16 miles of running, weight training, running a multi-million dollar business, and still having time to cook the wife a gourmet meal... Bro thats impressive!
Breaks my heart to see gym flooring thrown away hahaha Also, I vividly remember having a similar moment with our first baby "There is so much stuff for babies! There have something for everything!" Enjoy the last few months of regular sleep ;) Y'all will be great parents.
Nick seems to do in an amazing job of documenting, rather than creating. I’ve got a buddy who’s an upper level purple bell in Brazilian jujitsu, once he had a kid his whole house just turned into the kids playground 👍🏻 get ready!
I’ve been following you for a while - first because I am a runner and LOVE your running adventures, second because we are kinda neighbors, I’m in Dripping Springs and my son & I use your supplements. Love them! And third, becuase you and Steph remind me of my kids (yes I’m one of your older viewers). My daughter & son-in-law just had her first baby and I just love hearing you talk about your excitement about being a dad! BTW - that swing you were looking at at Buy Buy Baby is fantastic! Got it for my grandbaby and she loves it!
big fan, great video! I just wish you gave that gym flooring away instead of throwing it away. I just built my garage gym and seeing the flooring go into the trash hurt lol
Yes, your home does become a baby department then a toddler store. Could you share the recipe of the shrimp pasta plate? Also, any chance you can do a video or a portion on a video of what you are planning on doing to keep your fitness journey while being a new dad? I'm sure it's not going to be precise to what you may plan since babies are constantly changing but curious if the planner side of you has something in mind. Runs still in the AM or now shifting to nights? Runs on the weekends more often and less during the week?
Nick, they have a drone that can follow you closely now, so you don't have to carry the selfie stick and free up your hands. Check out Göran Winblad's channel. He uses the hands free close-flying drone all the time.
OH and check out a Kureg for kids lol. It’s called a “Baby Breeza” it will brew your baby milk at the perfect tempature. It’s a game changer lol, just my dad tip man lol.
As someone that’s worked on a dairy farm and seen the effects of raw milk, all I can say is, start off with small amounts and build it up. Otherwise you’ll blow your asshole out 😂

Is there a reason why you don't listen to music. Been following your journey and noticed that. Is it because its just you and your thoughts when you run?
Mr. Bare, make some keto products as well for those of us on low carbs. Thanks buddy!
So, when the baby comes we can expect a a new series called "The Three Bares"?
Started following you back in 2016 when you were still in Korea, so weird seeing how much you've progressed and that you're about to be a dad. Keep up the work!
Yeah I’m with you..my wife thinks it’s weird that I refer to him like a family member 😂

Right there with ya brother. Shits crazy lmao
@@jasonmassa6318 Yeeeeesssssss hahahahahahaha same bro!
The man has it all & can do it all & still finds time to go to church.. what a guy! 👍🏽🙏🏽
Little does their daughter know she’s already signed up for 16 mile runs with Nick on Saturdays
Love the family life and showing the many aspects of life which includes more than running . Congratulations on the new Baby!
Id love to see more day-to-day vlogs this was fun to watch

Raw milk is the best! I’m a dairy farmer in Kansas. Thanks for supporting delicious food!

This guy is so fast, so efficient, and so consistent. An absolute powerhouse.
Wouldn’t mind more of these videos, they are very entertaining
Bro you’re going to be a Dad? Congratulations! It’s crazy seeing your progression over the years
All the best for your baby girl. It’s really the best experience. Enjoy.

Really nice to see your growth Nick. On the other hand it is great seeing another Veteran doing something positive. Keep it up!

Happy for you and your family nick 🥲 y’all look so happy and excited shopping for the baby! 😃
Man, this is the best comment section on TH-cam! Congrats on being so positive Nick! Love your videos too
Nick always makes me want more out of life
Nice! Love your life lessons, especially about running the race for what you learn at the end, not the beginning, of the race!
I love these vlog types so much! Please do more of these kinds of videos
Yup my house has been taken over by a 3 year old tornado. But it’s a fun ride! Also make sure you have a running stroller you can stash a lot of snack and entertainment for the young one lol I learned. Best of luck

Loved the weekend Vlog! You should definitely make this a normal thing
Hey @Nick, congrats on the baby 👍, quick question - what hydration vest do you use for long runs etc? Cheers from Australia.
Congrats Nick and Steph!! My wife and I just welcomed our first, we didn't find out until the big day, but we have a perfect little daughter :) you've got your work cut out for you! hope the pregnancy goes well for Steph and as always the content is great!!
Man your weekends are gonna get a whole lot more eventful!
What is the pan you use to cook everything?
Love the progression from plant based "milk", to low fat pasturised, to raw! It's the way.
So much important things your doing. Its always good to train and stay fit so if you have to do anything, your ready for it. The war in ukraine really makes you want to stay fit and active--necessity. Doing whats important is what makes a man.
I have a four month girl. This times are so fun
Always looking toward to watching these videos
Nick, I want to see all of your runs! It would be awesome if you had Strava so all of your TH-cam fans could see your runs every day.
Yess!! Would 100% follow on Strava 🤩
Agreed. Always wondered why not?!
Does Strava track location? Maybe that’s why?
@@queennixon123 Not sure. You can hide start and end points up to a mile though.
@@queennixon123 yes, that is correct! Could indeed be the reason why
Loved this video especially the comedic portion of BuyBuy Baby!!!
16 miles of running, weight training, running a multi-million dollar business, and still having time to cook the wife a gourmet meal... Bro thats impressive!
Well said! I completely agree, he is the chuck Norris of the fitness influencer industry

Congrats man! Use a baby tracker app to track when you both feed, change the baby, and when they wake up. It helps.
You should look into Thule Chariot Strollers for running, @nick.
You’re a legend. Love when you upload 💪🏽
Love the "Emo's Not Dead" shirt!
Nicks comment “Our house will turn into a a buy buy baby” GOLD. Right on point 🤣
big fan, great video! I just wish you gave that gym flooring away instead of throwing it away. I just built my garage gym and seeing the flooring go into the trash hurt lol
What gym flooring do you use? Is there a certain company that you like in particular? Thanks for continually pumping out the great content!!
Love the views . I miss my first duty station in Texas . So many places for running and views .
Great video ! Congratulations on father hood :-)!
Love the content! What church do you got to?
Just a quick question! Where did you buy your watch from that you use for running! Please!
I love this guy‼️❤️🔥🙌🙌
You gotta get a truck or car sign that says Baby Bare On Board! Congrats Stay Strong Hoo-ah!

Runs still in the AM or now shifting to nights? Runs on the weekends more often and less during the week?
I honestly didn't workout for a good 6 months after our twins were born. Life was more about survival than staying fit but one kid should be cake.
My wife is due august 8th with our first daughter too! I’m also currently moving home home office to turn that room into a nursery! Lol..
Congrats Nick!!
Hey Nick, what running shoes do you use? I was looking to get a new pair and need any tips. I run around 5-7 miles a day 5 days a week
Hey Nick idk if you'll see this, but will BPN ever ship to Germany?
Can you make video for running in Ramadan?
Let’s get him to 1 million people!
What gloves are you using?
When will the multi be back in stock?
Nick, they have a drone that can follow you closely now, so you don't have to carry the selfie stick and free up your hands. Check out Göran Winblad's channel. He uses the hands free close-flying drone all the time.
BPN launching the new baby protein powder along with BPN baby bottle 🍼
Can we agree on that the Wipes warmer is arguably the best thing they got for Baby Bare? You should add this to the BPN portfolio with USB charging.
Do these kinda vlogs more often Nick
How do you never get injured, i keep gettinng fallen arches when i start running everyday and its too painful to run after a while
I love your Hybrid Athlete 3.0 Nick. I’ve lost 15 pounds now!
Where are you carrying your water/ G1M sport bottle?
What boots are those at the end?
Love the way that a home security company is sponsoring a hybrid athlete
Do you ever listen to music/podcasts when you run or just enjoy it for what it is?
What camera does he use? Thanks
What watch do you wear?
Why this vid have no views?? It’s got a throwback Nick vibe. I loved it
Because he just now uploaded it. That is why it has no views.
When they left the red dye tag on lol I felt your pain.
Everyone loves a warm wipe
