I was really into Japanese mangas/games 15 years ago but too intimidated to learn, ended up starting a few months back and I'm so mad I didn't do it then. it still is really rewarding now but I know it would've have been even better when I was immersed in it. So yeah, if you have the tiniest bit of free time, give it a shot and be patient with it, you'll thank yourself so much later on.

@@anisa3962 Sure, kanji-wise I use what seems to be the most common which is Anki, an 'SRS' tool (for spaced repetition system). Basically it's a method to memorize stuff through cards. I also use Anki for vocabulary since you can find good pre-made decks of cards with audio like the Core 2k/6k. And Tae Kim's guide + youtube videos for grammar. It may seem like a lot of stuff but it's just 30min/day and some more when there's free time. If you're still up for it I think it's worth taking some time at the beginning, even a few weeks, just to look out for tools/material and think about how you want to go about it. Hope it helped, feel free to ask if you want details about anything.

Actually I like how simple the mv is. My heart need to rest from other BTS aesthetic/mindblowing/metaphorically/etc mv. Not that I dont like it. Sometimes I need to rest and just enjoy the mv and song.
The shots of the camera rotating around him gave me such a nice feeling. I can't quite explain it. But yeah, I like how simple it was too. I feel like it fit the song, something more complex wouldn't have give that fresh, wide-open air feeling.

You know, you literally the only one reactor who payed attention that Hoseok used here airplane not only in its literall meaning, but also as an metaphor of himself: that shot with him in white clothes in clouds with pink-blue colors and him looking into mirrow, like airplane can be reflected in water of ocean, which is also interesting cause he starts mixtape with sound of going under water and there is referance to 20000 Leagues Under the Sea .. Everything in mixtape is so double tbh, even though it looks kinda simple from the first sight. Thank you for mentioning that thing about airplane.
Airplane is aesthetical heaven and Hoseok is ethereal J-God there, I am obsessed and I have no regrets about it.. I think the simplicity of MV is really a great move tbh, cause otherwise people would drawn away from the real meaning of the lyrics behind it. Also, while Daydream is about Hoseok and his internal world, which is complicated, multifaceted, chaotical, Airplane is about Hoseok and external world, which is gigantic, sometimes unreachable, but still desirable, so those shoots of lonely small Hoseok and huge endless world around him are very symbolic imo. What can I say, I'm a nerd ;) I really appreciate when you two break the lyrics down a bit, because although translations help, they have their limits. It can be difficult to get the full feel or meaning of a song unless a native speaker gives more explanation about the wording, context, or "feel" of the language.
