Tawny Newsome and Jack Quaid looked so much like their Lower Deck characters that it worked in their Strange New World crossover. I don't know if Noël Wells and Eugene Cordero would of looked close enough to their characters to be part of the crossover episode. Regardless, thank you to Lower Decks for 5 amazing seasons. I truly enjoyed every season and had so many great laughs

Because Paramount sucks and they think its smart to cancel successful shows in favor of making more offshoot trek shows nobody wants, like the Area 31 movie that doesn't even look like anything Star Trek. Then Starfleet Academy also doesn't sound that great, doesn't release until 2026 and they already renewed it for a 2nd season expecting it to be successful.
The Academy show could be good. I’m really hesitant on Section 31 though. The thing that the writing team on Lower Decks really understood was what the motivation of people in Star Fleet really was. The characters are goofier and broader in LD, but they’re still really running on the same engine as in older Treks. The premise of Section 31 betrays a lot of that though.

Eugene definitely looks like Rutherford. Noel probably would with a haircut and makeup.

Really enjoyed the first 2 episodes! Looking forward to next week's instalment!❤❤❤
Sad that the experience is over....👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
OMG RUTHERFORD IS THE 'WHATS A FISH?' GUY. I can't believe I just got that.
Shoutout to Eugene Cordero.
I would love if this cast did some live action Short Trek webisodes. Gets some uniforms and a green screen and go for it!
I mean. Half of them have, already, right?

Paramount sold their sound to taylor Sheridan, franchise fatigue

We're more likely to get a bad version of Bladerunner than Trek's Federation.
With Capitalism
Y’all-I think we’re about to get a live action show where the cast is no longer in the LOWER DECKS… 🤯
