Thank you for commenting, I’ve been building this model for about 4 years, mostly because I know when I’m ready to work on the project, and when I need to leave it well alone
Thank you for commenting , more views would be appreciated, but over the years I’ve learned to be happy with the recommenced TH-cam put on the right people’s homepages
I built this last year and found it a real challenge. It's definitely a precision kit and each steps takes mountains of patience to make things fit properly. I perhaps lacked the precision skills although it came out well in the end. Yours is fantastic and way better than my effort.
looking forward to a tutorial when you build the engine. Agree with you that it is a very challenging build. Also have a Messerschmidt waiting in the closet. Have a happy new model year 2025
Great job! I'm actually working on a similar project myself and have been following your videos closely. Could you please share how you went about the polishing process, or point us to any other videos where it is explained? Thanks so much!
Love it !! I have build its opponent, the Fokker Dr 1. And yes, it is the babbit metal that gives problems, especially the bulkhead in my case. Great job on the polishing, i painted it, and did not use the side panels. Nor did i use the metal leading edges on the wings. It took away too much of the inner workings to my taste.
This is the first video I've seen of this kind of model build, and I must say I admire your patience.

I had the metal parts polished by the metal polisher where I work, he kept the secrets to himself
She's looking good
Thank you Travis, hopefully it will be completed early 2025

Think I will have to build the Fokker Dr 1 Myself, and I agree with you on the metal edges, wish now I would have made them from wood
Amazing job 👍🍺🙏💞💪. Happy New year to you both. Did you find burning sails ?
Happy new year!
My one third scale Camel was easier to assemble.
