@@arthurmichigan1791 well, at least as support it's so much easier to punish enemies' mistakes than as ADC. When I play ADC it's always "one mistake and I'm going to lose the lane". When I play support, it's mostly "if they make a mistake, they are going to die".
Sure, ADC controls the minions, ADC can pressure on their own... But support is the one that determines how the lane is going to play out.
In the end, you can play to the best of your ability and still lose because of team diff.

Welcome to ours, split pushers world, on the lonely island of top lane island!
A good ADC builds to be fully relevant at all stages of the game; at no items, at one core item, at both core items, and beyond. If you aren't doing that, your build (or at least your build order) is wrong. It's a neglected part of the ADC skill set. People know the meta builds and follow them to the letter, rather than adapting to the game in front of them. I can give you an example:

Vayne as ADC -- After champion select, she sees that the enemy mid is Ekko and the enemy top is Sylas. A typical Vayne start is Kraken Slayer into Blade of the Ruined King (or Guinsoo's Rageblade), for maximum possible dps. A lazy ADC player will just build those, then see if it's good enough to fight Ekko and Sylas. By that time, the game is nearing 20 minutes in. If one or both enemies are fed, they will jump all over Vayne. She will struggle to fight back -- and under that kind of pressure, Vayne may never get the chance to build a third full item before the game ends. The smarter play is to go Kraken Slayer, then immediately counter the Ekko + Sylas threat that is coming after laning phase ends by going Wit's End. Vayne still gets her high dps, but now she has MR to tank magical burst damage instead of some lifesteal to slowly heal back up after taking light poke. She can go BotRK and/or Rageblade after the Wit's End, and the game (meaning Ekko + Sylas) is much easier to manage that way.

The advantage of ADC is that you deal damage from range without using mana; as long as you aren't targeted (or have enough lifesteal to shrug off whatever damage you do take), you are infinite. You are a walking bullseye for the enemy team; they must remove you from fights first/second because you have the resources to kill them all one by one -- you don't need buttons up, you just need health. The advantage of ADC isn't supposed to go beyond that, into the realm of inevitable 1v5 monster. Nobody should want that. The game would become 5 ADCs vs 5 ADCs at that point. ADCs job is to not die; you survive every fight and clean up stragglers. But none of them EVER build for that. They build to go in right behind the tank like some kind of 1v5 god, die like a chump because they have zero defensive items and their tank's cc stunned only 2 enemies for 1.5s, and then complain rather than change their build or tactics. I have no sympathy for bad ADCs. They dig their own graves 90% of the time.
@@adcyuumi that's exactly how i build my ashe. Kraken, manamune is like enough damage. Then i go with wit's end, death dance, guardian angel or maw depends what type of enemies get overfed. I don't really need crit when i have such high on hit damage. Easily hitting 400+ AD as well
I had 61% win rate on like 80 games. Sadly these last 2 days i have non existent teammates so went down to 57% this kind of bad luck happened a month ago when my 70% win rate went down to 48% so i decided to take a break after 5 lose streak today xD

Not having a good time in pro tho. Just got benched and replaced by Crownshot. It's all about consistency, even if he's destroying EUW SoloQ now, doesn't mean he's capable of doing it for 8 years, just like Rekkles.

@@fioragaming19 the bot duo isn't the problem in vitality, the duo itself isn't, Milica is. That doesn't change the fact that Comp is underperforming, you just have to watch how he dies 3 times in a game against a flash + W Renekton. At pro level that's pretty much considered inting. You can't really explain it otherwise.

@@danielbiton9859 Rekkles plays better while behind, and considering the vid is about winning even if your team is losing it will be my guess thats the reason why they use Rekkles
1:30 most of the time when I go mid as an adc for whatever reason, even my mid laner has tp and is playing a champ that can side lane, they will more often than not stay mid and we'll be competing in farm, so I end up farming camps until the wave comes back to my side of the map. In higher elo this concept of lane swapping is great but for the most part it's sadly 5 man arams after 15 minutes

Standart is more like popular, meta is a concept about how to play the game to make the chances of success the best.
Currently its obviously about humans ability to make mistakes and punishing them rather than playing the actual game.
Because Playing the actual game is more like lec and stuff. Because nobody does constant mistakes to be punished the only fights that are neccessarly to happen are the dragon fights and Rift Herolds and stuff. Thats also why everyone thinks Dragons are so good. Dragons are quite unimportant in soloq for the most part, because everyone does constant mistakes you would rather punish then just get a drake or two. If your opponent doesnt make any more mistakes around dragons you can take them so lategame gets easier for your team. But lategame teamfights can be really random in soloq thats why it is to be avoided.

0:52 how did rell not get stunned tho?
The stun was probably shorter than the unstoppable animation it landed in the middle of. Ashe's R stuns longer at longer range, so using it point-blank like that only gives you around 0.25s of CC.
@@MinecraftxFan1995 Thats what I was thinking too at first. But it looks like the ult doesnt even do damage. Normally there also appears a little white bar above champions when they are cc'd but i cant find it even in 0.25 speed. And even point blank ashe ulti should stun for 1 second or 0.5 seconds with ridiculous cc-resist. Maybe its a spectator bug that you cant see the bar and arrow damage idk
Rell was actually stunned but she buffered her ability. You can see the CC icon over Rell if you look closely

if you apply this to silver he would spamping you, flame you and type that everyone should report you, also that leona wouldn't base, instead she would use her 20 dmg autoattacks again that t1 midlane turret after 14 minutes (no turret plates at all)

but thats not in your control it is in your control though to make the life of the enemy as misserable as possible and not tilt yourself and your teammates while chain inting into the enemies fed champions.
The thing about being adc is that ur team doesn’t understand that, for most adcs, u don’t have the peel, sustain or mobility they do. It doesn’t matter how well I kite a zed, I will PROBABLY die. They get mad at u for farming instead of joining unwinnable or unnecessary fights in early game.
You get blamed for not joining fights you’ll 100% die in. You get blamed for farming rather than contesting a difficult drake. You get blamed for having low cs when ur supp’s practically fed the enemy bot lane or got poked out of lane (meaning u do too). U get blamed for not stepping up further in lanes wo proper vision and physically not having enough wards to check. U get blamed for splitting when ur team is getting objectives they SHOULD get w/o u (ie creating freaking map pressure). Or when they’re ARAMing in mid for no reason. U get blamed for dying when the enemy uses all of their cc on u and no one peels. U get blamed for not winning 1v1 against assassins, but no one mentions ur doubles or triples. U get blamed for playing passively and farming when u know u just won’t win lane. U get blamed for shitty supports. I feel like that’s my biggest pet peeve. My supp won’t ward correctly (if ever), won’t zone enemies from xp, won’t peel or even poke, and they will almost always fuck up the damn wave. But if they feed cuz of bad positioning or if ur behind in cs cuz stepping up is too risky and they won’t help, that’s on u. If u go even in lane, u lost bot lane. If ur supp does ABSOLUTELY nothing but put a ward every now and then, they did their job. Ur didn’t get two doubles and a triple 20 mins in? Report ADC.

4:90 tris literally could have just w jumped into baron pit and would leave with rekkles wasting r and time. But even in this case they traded sivir r + ornn flash and 3 ppls time for tris flash.
4:50 if tris jumped into baron, rekkles would have recalled even sooner.

the ultimate, maybe but when the tris does a slight mistake, this game is winnable again.
Especially for Rekkles. So it was a trade between rekkless ultimate and a slight chance to be able to win that game again. Those chances add up over the long term.

Just ping a couple times and type the lane assignment reasons simply. Ie, "let me solo bot, safer for me", I do things like this every game and even though sometimes people don't listen, they often do
@@soul0172 Anything below Masters 99% of the time they don't listen also by the time u type that the rotation is over(so you've either wasted time or let's see wasted time?) you shouldn't have to type out common sense the reason all of what Rekkles did in this video works is cuz his allies got common sense in a low elo game Kass would 3 man share xp with Leona then back then go straight mid instead of what he did. Graves would push mid wave and then enter jng instead of letting ADC pick up the farm. Leona wouldn't give up the turret. Ornn wouldn't rotate to try and catch Tristana cuz he has no map awareness even if u pinged 10 times so instead of instantly backing mid you would've wasted that chase time 100%. Everything that was said in this video is common sense not denying Rekkles is the best in the west but this isn't a guide nor he won when he lost he literally showed games where he lost?? He is simply consistently present in the game because his teammates know what kind of role ADC is its that simple. You literally gotta hold your team on gunpoint to force a rotation in low elo and even then it might not work lol.

I think Varus is very underrated
varus is very bad, basically a combination of the bad things about kaisa and ashe together in one champ. A multihit passive that is only procced with abilities and an ultimate that could be very important if its about that right now.
As an Adc you dont wanna get picked, you dont need to get picks yourself right now.
Kaisa is the perfect example of that, has a self peeling e and ultimate and just destroys everything in the meantime.

To sum it up : AD Carry/Bot Lane is a shit role, don’t play that shit if you wanna carry and have a good night sleep nightmare free for example the game you went 6/0 in lane but your mid and top 2/14 combined at 15 mins
That’s your opinion. I’m playing since season 3 and for me ADC is at the same time the most demanding and rewarding position in League. We all have bad games after all.
@@Tearnor I am a seasoned league player. I have been playing since season 3 too, my peak is masters EUW. I stopped playing adc season 10 because it was DOGSHIT and started playing top and its just Better. I play picks like Quinn Neeko Vayne and I can still carry while not being reliant on a support and not getting focused as much as I would when I play, also there's more chance to play make and not rely on your teammates.
@@dkdkdkdkdkdk22 you are right, I believe my biggest issue with ADC is being too reliable on your support. I think it should be 50/50 or close to that, but we went from “supports being ward machines” to “I’m Brand and I win lane singlehandedly”. That’s why I’m MF otp now, with strong lane and team fights I feel like part of the game, not a viewer. Last season I had mindset of playing Vayne/Kaisa and just scaling but it costs so much energy and is heavily exhausting compared to e.g. Hecarim using E and R then spamming Q with autos while being unkillable at the same time

this is what is already happening after the laning phase is over. Near by camps are getting snacked by the laners... specially the adc, as he tries to get ahead as fast as possible.

As a Jungler your time was the early game, if you didnt snowballed hard enough to claim the opponents jungle as your jungle, you are not worth the cs anymore. You have to go as tanky as possible to keep your carries alive in teamfights. Which i mean, you dont wanna teamfight as often anyways, but when you are loosing you probably have to do that to get a chance of coming back.

To become more consistent you just have to become better. Rekkles isnt 'more consistent' than anyone else, hes just a higher skill than everyone. So even when he plays bad, hes still at a 9/10 instead of 9.5/10

@@hinaritkesan4853 how often you die? how often you base? how many minions do you miss to turrets while beeing away, or you miss because of bad lanestates, or miss because of bad map movements. How many jungle camps you are able to sneek your jungler away. Especially if hes ahead and fountain diving 24/7

yes, though it matters the same at all elos.
Its easier to punish mistakes at lower elos, but its also easier to make mistakes as you are lower elo yourself.
so you basically have to consistently punish the enemies for not ending as soon as possible.
as adc this is basically the only train track you could follow.

You maybe get 9x for trolling but if you dont troll that doesnt matter. The reports function is for show for the most part anyways.
@@mauer1 No , you get Banned automatically by the system, There IS No Manual Review regarding Any Case, cause ITS Just Impossible due to the amount of games

As the automatic detection checks anyway.
If you report the only thing that changes is that you get the notification when someone got banned.
If you got banned than it was you who trolled or used unappropriate words in the chat.
The best protection to getting banned is to disable chat and focus on winning.
