Sounds pretty fair to be honest, against most decks it's a +1 at best but more probably a cycle 1, even against hand summon heavy decks, it doesn't give you half your deck in hand during your turn, although you can very much sculpt it in those, but the best part is the "can't control anything" clause, which means you can't go full combo + generic interruptions turn 1 just to drop it in standby turn 2, that alone makes it about ten billion times better.

MaxxC has no limits or restrictions. Purulia is garnished of restrictions and its actions are limited. Many archetypes play around this card. This card seems to be a warning from Konami saying: "See the game differently than doing Special Summons 10 times from your hand." You can not say that Konami will bring back MaxxC yet.
If anything Milchummy is a test… for the OCG banning Maxx c. The wording of the card implies there’s other cards in its archetype coming, likely to cover the other summoning, like from GY, deck, extra, etc. and making a Maxx c like effect be something you CAN main over the current situation where you HAVE to main it. And the reason the OCG usually wins is because they straight up have more time with decks than we do USUALLY. Last year the best decks were ones that have been viable for a year, no SHS or Kash or Purrely (for the most part). Maxx C ain’t got no effect on last year, Maxx c has been banned or limited for 2/3 other Worlds iirc.
Because someone losing a hand trap and then getting their hand exposed AND dismantled usually results in immediate victory. That's aside from a draw 2 or take control. Plus 1 is still VERY playable.
I love me 3 fusion, I'm just more thinking how Konami hits decks and they have a single fusion in OCG. Plus half the deck searches it or leads to it being added.
I want 6 skill drains if we are being honest but Konami HATES floodgates and this card being in every SE side and even mained in a recent build that topped it's just the next card on the Konami chopping block.
Electrumite should come back to 1 at this point. Deck barely even does anything in OCG with it. Also with the new Performage cards coming out they should throw pendulum players a bone.
100% should go back to one. I think they will release it closer to pendulum support instead of this list but I absolutely agree the card should come back! I miss my pendulums!
Oss isn't enough either, you literally just do the same thing by hitting around it and not addressing the actual problem, which is SE itself. The one that should be ban is Flamberge. Just ban Flamberge and SE immediately dies, no need to touch anything else. They could even release back Baronne Linkuriboh Savage and no one would play SE without Flamberge, the format is solved
Thank you. I was trying to figure out what they do aside from banning OSS, and that didn't make as much sense if they wanted to keep Ash at 3 or keep Snake-Eye Hybrids (like Firekings) alive.
I understand it is essentially the powerhouse of the deck and is insane even at one. But I do not see Konami hitting it. I could be wrong, but I think they will take an alternate route.
I do not want to play or play against Maxx C.
It really limits deck building and increases the sack factor. I’d rather play without it all together.
What are your thoughts on the new Mutchummy Purulia?

Or ever as it should be vaulted 4ever.
Anyone who says maxxc coming back cope harder

How are you gonna limit talents when they are playing 15 hand traps thats a bad pick

Branded fusion to 2 is just silly dude is mad 😂

OCG: "We get sets months before the rest of the world."
Also OCG: "We wouldn't test properly because we have Maxx C."

@@Cbsaiyan But I hope not.

Sanctifire has no fault, the problem is gimmick puppet and people making Branded out to be a puppet turbo when it is not
Errata to negate the effects of the monster summoned. Ez
Whatever works to make people understand the simple thing that Sanctifire has no fault
where is circular ;(
where is electrumite
I hope soon!
Man, I thought Konami was bad at making lists
Y'all Maxx C cultists are wild 🤣🤣
Maxx "C"ope!
They’ll just ban more stuff around it again, not solving the problem.
Just ban Original sinful spoils and you can call it a day.
OSS is a nice tech for fire decks, i would ban poplar since it searches plus it becomes a free material
@@HollowJPX OSS is why they get so busted do to allowing so many decks to use snake eyes as an engine.

Getting rid of OSS severely weakens it and lowers its ceiling.
Triple tactics is fine.

Nawww!
Best Deck Ever!
Realistic list. I Can stand behind too
I Can see few other changes. But, pretty good list mostly
Maxx C…?! Wtf naaaa cope LOL
shifter will remain on 3-its balancing the game
Love the card for real!

Pop banned fixes snake eye, or princess

What are your thoughts that we will be seeing on the upcoming list?
