Your channel popped up and i have to say love the enthusiasm and the cars!!! What I loved most was you pulling out the Bible at the end! That takes guts these days and I love it! That's a well loved and used bible. God bless you brother !!
WOW! I literally just stumbled over your channel, and I must say that I am impressed for a number of reasons. First, is your enthusiasm. It is infectious and the work... My goodness, top-notch. Not six or seven-figure trailer queens but not roadkill either. This is something that was built to be driven, and to me, if it is too valuable to drive it, it's a baseball card and not a car. Kudos and great work!
Welcome to the family. Easy to have enthusiasm when you truly love what you are doing. I get to wake up in the morning and work with these amazing rides and people, very blessed. Thank you so much for the kind words.
I too, stumbled across your channel and immediately subscribed. I too, love Chevelles. I too, have a narrow 1-2 spot for the 69,70 respectively. Had a 69 and had to sell as the family was growing and my youngest daughter still gives me guff over selling it. It had a laundry list of goodies. 425 HP, Trick Flow heads, Demon carb, MSD, and more. I too, most importantly, am a believer in Jesus. Love the channel!!
Thank you so much for subscribing, getting to share my belief has been my favorite part of each week and I am truly humbled to see how much positive feedback it is getting. God Bless, and thanks again for tuning in.
Wow just found your channel , love A body GM cars . I have 72 Olds 442 tribute would love to have restomod on it. What really love is your witness to others be blessed my brother in Christ.
Im saving up to one day purchase one of your 70 Chevelle’s. I don’t need number matching but a really fun car to drive and enjoy but must be manual. I’ve been a ford guy because of my Dad but learned a few years ago my Mother drove only Chevrolet’s so my next classic will be from your shop and pay homage to my mother.
Love the post. Your enthusiasm is infectious. My high school car was a 1969 SS 396. Light metallic green with matching color interior. Turbo 400 and 12 bolt rear. I won the HS bracket class at Fremont Drags in Northern California 1981! I also loved hearing your Bible reading. I’m going to look forward to following you. Btw: I have to ask - pricing for the chevelle’s - do you provide on your website
Thanks for the encouragement. I love the 69 Chevelle. It’s always been a toss up for me which I like better the 70 or the 69. however since I finished my prototype build, I am enjoying the body lines of my 69, it's just excellent!! The stance makes a difference as well.. Thanks for the message there should be most of the info on the web, but feel free to call me at 262 HOTRODS Harry
Is there a base price range for one of these cars? Your upgraded frame, LS3, 700R auto trans, basic brake package [ 4 piston good enough ] new air, stock interior, new gauge package. coil overs, aftermarket A arms, upgraded power steering, basic paint [not show car perfection] stock height maybe 1" lowered, 15" wheels, good basic tire selection, maybe a ride-tech whole car suspension. Naturally all your computer printed upgrades for the air and brake lines etc. And then the 64$ question. I'm an old man and I want to be able to drive this thing however I have a nephew who probably wouldn't mind taking it over if necessary. Not interested in a hot rod for racing etc. My nephew will take this thing over and enjoy it for years.
We are currently only offering for 64 to 72 A bodies and, 64 - 72 X bodies and 67 - 69 F bodies. If you go to www.studiohotrods.com you can check em out. Thanks for the kind words
Thank you for sending the message and the encouragement. It’s fun to put my two passions out there to share with people. I call Cars my conduit for Christ!!! Harry
Hi, your forced air induction system under the bumper was on the 442’s when we were kids. They took it off because of water getting sucked into the carbs and thus we know what happens. Mopar has the best idea by using the high beam on the Challengers.
I do have an obsessed mind about chevelles! I do plan on another in my life. Things happen in 3's right! I have had two. Any who. I'm part of a Bible study right now! Just got Done with philippians . I found it twords the end. Problem is? I kinda don't fit in with the group. I am kinda new to the bible to a point. I'm still sticking with it even though the study group isn't spinning the wheels for me! But something tells me your Church and Bible study is kinda awesome! Funny thing is? I did go to your bar/ restaurant in Fox Lake a couple times! I chatted with you for a sec. It was kinda awesome walking into the front door with those hotrod above you. Kinda sucked when I stopped by to only realized you weren't open over their anymore. Just wanted to say hi!
If you were close enough to come to the restaurant you are close enough to stop by the shop for bible study here. All are welcome. We get together Tuesdays at 7am, come on by and say hello.
@studiohotrodsofficial very cool. I appreciate the invite. Just curious. What chapter are you guys studying? Like to start reading what you guys are studying.
I wish you all the best in your future endeavors and I hope that you succeed in building vintage cars with modern construction, technology and design. What the big three is offering these days, I literally have been pondering building my next daily. I’m 51 so I have only so much time to enjoy what I love with my family. Taking a classic Chevelle with every modern component that makes like a new car. I would be a customer, as long as I do not have to be a multi millionaire to buy it. If you are building cars for millionaires then I am out, wish you well. But, if it is the cost of a new luxury car then you have me very interested. I subscribed to your channel. Please make some more content of your vision for vintage cars that are modern. 🙏🏻 Thanks
I have a great idea, 3d printing a traditional carb and intake cover for the intake runners. It’s non functional but when you open the hood it looks like the old days. I mean three bucks worth of plastic and voila. Just an idea!!!
Do you sell those forced induction systems? If so, how can I get one? Can they be made to work with a BBC with a carb? I also have a 1970 chevelle I would like to install one in
We could certainly look into making it work for a BBC. It would depend on what vehicle it is in. Is this what's in your 70 Chevelle, or is the Chevelle another car? The current platform we make is for LS platforms in A body vehicles and as soon as we finish the SOP for installation we will have them available on our website. But feel free to email us at info@studiohotrods.com as soon as you like and we can try doing something for you before they go live. Thanks for reaching out.
SORRY……THE STAR OF THE SHOW IS THE CHEVELLE BODY LINES….ICONIC LIKE NO OTHER……sure add in a nice engine…..we had them before…396 and 454 were no slouch….sure add in excellent handeling….even GM knew they should have done that ….the car is very nice I will say that😎😎
If I could pick your brain I know u are a chevelle guy I'm building a 55 bel air highway cruiser what wheel combination would u go with for performance and style i have a turbo lsx going in it
Excellent new channel! Bringing in the Bible is a no no in today’s woke world I totally appreciate it. Bring God bad in this Godless world Hope this channel booms!
Thank you so much for the kind words. There is nothing wrong with being open about your faith, people have the right to chose not to listen if they don't agree, and that's perfectly fine. God Bless and thanks for tuning in.
The ram air isn't any new idea, maybe for the Chevelle. But not a new concept. March Performance has had that aftermarket setup for the Foxbody since the 90s
Your channel popped up and i have to say love the enthusiasm and the cars!!! What I loved most was you pulling out the Bible at the end! That takes guts these days and I love it!

Amen Brother loved your video let’s be light the world and seed planters
There’s a verse in the Bible that says we can plant the seeds and we can water them but only God makes them grow. Yes seed planting is good!!
