Would you consider this a very good warm up? I’ve heard from level 2 about virtuosity and never settling for anything less than perfect, that we « owe » it to our members to never settle for mediocrity. However I see here a lot of faults not being addressed at the favor of social talk (which is very important of course) - is that on purpose? What would be the reason of not addressing some faults on this warmup (people not squatting below parallel, hands going wide on dubs, loss of midline stabilization on the kipping, …)?
vague whiteboard chat, vague intent of the workout. What's the intended stimulus? How long should each movement take? Should i be looking to hit the same number of toes to bar each interval? Or do you want me sprinting form the get go and then possibly decreasing my output each interval? Details to get everyone within the intended stimulus. A person that is hitting 3 toes to bar and a person who is getting 23 is getting a very different workout.
Todd is the man!! One of my faves when I took my L1 12 years ago. Thanks for sharing things like this for coaches to become better
Todd did my L1 10 years ago and went on vacation a couple years ago in St. Augustine FL dropped into a CrossFit gym a he was the coach that day
Todd did my L-1 4 years ago! One of the best in the biz
I’ll start as a coach in about 1~2 months, no experience before (first time). That means that I’m staying in this channel for a WHILE 😂
Love this! Super stoked for you. We're happy to be able to provide content that helps.
Super interesting content, thanks guys! Good job to all the athletes in the class!
Glad you found it helpful!
Todd and Chuck did my L-1 in Orlando in 2015!! Def OG’s and the best!!! Was able to see Chuck again at the games this year!!
