It depends,
Let's assume your birds are 200, use fill up that smallest drinker, that should be about 3litres, then dilute the vaccine inside.
Then share the water round to all your available drinkers, for the birds to consume
But remember to add a little extra water to the dilution, to accommodate the birds that drink late (so you might make it 4 litres as a whole)

Please how long does brooding a day old chicks last?

Brooding is all about manipulating the room temperature of the chick, till it has grown up to the level of controlling the room temperature itself, especially when they have grown feathers.
Its highest from day 1 and gradually reduce upto the end of 2 weeks, when they should be placed around 26-28 degrees.
Some people even brood till day 20, when the temperature should be around 24-26 degrees. At this point, it's just normal room temperature
