For the parking behind you. Talk to code enforcement and see if they require the bank to put up bollards for a safety or to raise the height of the concrete wall to keep the cars from going over. See if you can get a copy of the property owners coverage for the parking lot as the bank may not own the lot.

Hi Paul. About that fence for the wall owned by the bank. A wood fence will not stop a car from going over that wall. I understand your concerns on it. But even chain link fence may not stop a car, if the car is moving fast enough. To make that fully safe they would need to something a lot more stronger then wood to hold back a car, and wood will rot out in just a few years. I seen a woman who was park just 2 feet from a wood fence, get in her car and some how drive right through a wooden fence by accident. Lucky for her it was not on hill like you got there, but she went in to a street and hit a car going down the street. No one was badly hurt, but the wooden fence did not stop her car. It would take a steel girder planted deep in the ground or a concrete wall to stop a car. The bank is not going to pay for something like that.

You are lucky you only had rain ;we got dumped on with a load of snow. We didn't get much all winter . Had some very spring like weather and then bang. I was lucky as Hydro is still out in a lot of areas .I didn't lose mine . Not a big load but it sure is nice to follow my favorite scrapper around. Didn't you pick up rotors from a garage back when. I don't pick up scrap from that garage any longer. They wanted to charge me. I got some snow but it melted pretty quick

Those trikes sell on average $150 locally. So good for resell for sure.
You could always plant fast and tall growing shrubs and trees to create privacy. Much cheaper and pretty too. Just an option.

Great to see you paul. Hopefully you will have better scrapping from here on out. The sun just came out up here. Yes we had a lot of rain on Wednesday. My ditch around the house was full to over flowing . Also my sump is still pumping a lot but my basement is dry thankfully

You guys had the rain and we have the wind It was so strong at times it blew open my back door which I do need to fix The wind is whipping the huge evergreens around like a ragdoll Maybe from the tornadoes they've been getting in the States

We got flooded here in Pittsburgh. You can turn off the spigot now, please and thank you. If the bank won’t put up a fence, are you allowed to throw up some type of battier? Maybe your township code enforcer would be helpful. I think once the sun starts coming out and acting like it’s Spring people will be more inclined to get rid of the old for the new. Paul , Maybe you can ask the Bank if they could just put up a few of those safety posts. up on that property. might be cheaper then the fence. you know those steel posts up out of the ground every 4 ft or so to prevent cars to go to far
Paul try painting the top of the bank wall a bright yellow.. that way its visible somewhat...keep up the great work
It would probably cost the bank more for them to put up a safety fence then to pay for an accident that involved one of their customers. One of the reasons why everyone should have homeowners insurance. Personally since it is not fenced in I would get some No trespassing signage.
It is so ironic to hear you talk about the fence you want to build and the cost. It was just yesterday I read on my neighbor site (NextDoor) where was someone was replacing their existing fence and posted if anyone wants the existing panels - if so they will set aside. If you have a neighborhood site maybe you should post if anyone is upgrading their privacy fence….. Also enjoy your videos, Paul. Thank you, Paul😁🙏😁🙏

Hey Paul, there is a wild onion that will grow green tufts in people's lawns this time of year. When they are mowed they will smell like garlic. Maybe that is what you smelled.

I see your concern if you were to put up a shed, or things in that area, the main things is if it happens, do they have coverage to make you whole again.( the driver ) as the bank probably has covered it self already.
Hey Paul! Just an idea…if you were to do a really ugly pallet fence between your yard and the bank do you think they’d decide it would “look bad” and replace it with a real fence?!? You find pound-in posts quite often. Combined with broken pallets ….😂

The good thing about a questionable bike is that if they determine that it's too far gone, you'll get it back for scrap,so its win- win.
In my neck of the woods trikes sell for $250 if working and in good shape.
Paul talk to your council man, they can be very helpful with getting things done.
