Developing 3 acres of bare land into a lifestyle block (we bought a jar of dirt!)

In 2021 my wife and I sold our house and purchased 3 acres of bare land on the outskirts of New Plymouth in New Zealand.
We’ve decided to document our journey as we hopefully turn this land into our dream home.
