Two Hour Wait To Cross Border! WAS IT WORTH IT ???

We drove from Debrovnik Croatia over the border to Kotor Montenegro to visit Kotor Fort, Old Town City Center, Kotor Cathedral, Ruins of St. Nicholas Monastery, Monastery of St. Francis. We stayed on day. It took 2 ans a half hours to cross the border each time.
