It’s crazy how lighting alone can make a 20 year old game look this good. Even CS2 doesn’t have crazy amounts of polygons or anything, with some of its props even dating back to CS: Source, it’s mostly the lighting doing the heavy lifting.

Nope it's real Path tracing, u can do that using rtx remix, just join the discord of rtx remix and u will see the instructions to get it wrking
