This happened to me
I ordered a LG washing machine front load but the door rubber was defective, at the time of delivery i didn't notice that because this was the first time I ordered front load machine and I gave the OTP, after 15 mins I relished the defective rubber. After 100s of customer calls nothing happened. Someone suggested me to put this on my social media account. So, I posted this on Facebook. After that flipkart called me, i uploaded so many times the pics of damage rubber. Finally, after 1 month later they picked the machine and refund it. They heard me because of social media.

After accepting of product Samsung Technician came for installation at same day evening they observed and show me defect front panel joint was unbalance minor open so did not installed it and talk to flipkart executive but after lots of intraction with flipkart executive and also back team of flipkart but final conclusion was not possible to replaced this product because of that was open box deleivery..
Here now observed take anythings from flipkart in open box delievery seller sent defective piece (not all time but randomly) if u judge problem then seller deal with u give extra 20/30 percent discount for keep product if u refuse to keep then material get back to seller and ur amount refunded .if u take this product in big offer and amount refunded then what is the meaning of offer which is given by flipkart so flipkart policy must be replacement option there not return and refund policy..
Seller send us defective piece internationally if u caught defect then seller deal with u if u refuse seller deal then return and refund process will be done..
if u not judge defect then no help given by flipkar for replacement of product..u must be keep this defective product with u.i already suffer this issue ..
