stop argueing! parkour is about efficiency, flips slow you down and are in-efficient. free running is parkour but with flips and is more about style and doing cool tricks while you get from place to place urban tricking (this video) is just doing flips outdoors without going anywhere

Yeah it's called free running or parkour... there's a lot of advice on the Internet, and you can kind of teach yourself in an open gym (not many places teach it).
....free running can be cool sometimes by doing gainers, sometimes by doing vaults or just going for a flip when your not meant to go for a flip ahahha o my god im upside down, now im back up ;)
