Every year since this video has been released I’ve watched it around Christmas. I have no idea why but I’ve made it a tradition and been consistent for 12 years lol. Merry Christmas everyone!

this videos truly shows that we are in complete 100% control of our bodies and that there is no excuse for getting out of shape. if you honestly just put your mind to it and tell yourself every morning, "i can do this and i will do this, i will be in the best shape of my life and i will be the envy of everyone." you can do it. its the simple act of telling your brain what to do. and your brain will tell your body what to do.
I love the 3run team and family and sick moves and tunes.

damn, i didnt know that the guy with the long blond hairs is so good. He has much speed in his movement!
I believe the olympics athletes are much more specialised in their discipline, that's why they are better,their flips are perfect in every terms. But 3runners are touching a lot of discipline, it's just a different ^^
