Yes you are correct in that the abducted people didn't age, but there's still a question of what they did on the ship whilst aboard - unless they were in hibernation or something for the whole duration.

At 99.9% of the velocity of light, the factor becomes 22 times, at 99.99% 224 times, and at 99.9999% 707 times, increasing exponentially. So those abducted may have only been sitting there twiddling their thumbs for a day or so.
