As a up and coming freelancer who's afraid to get his feet wet, this video actually helps so freaking much. I've always imagined what may go wrong during a phone call with my first client and if I will ever say something wrong that might steer them away, but the way you handle this client was very insightful. And the design process you went through really helps visualize how much work you had to put in.
Excellent video and I'm so happy for the client. Subscribed and can't wait to see more content!

I would say "you made my day", but it's almost 3:00am, so you made my night, duuude!
I should change my targeted clients, cities and even country, cuz here in the middle east I can barely find a good client, and since my graduation in 2018, I didn't get any good client that would pay me over 200$, and they were very few clients, you can even count them on your hand!
and I just want to add that I'm currently living the most depressed time in my life with almost everything around me, and I was searching everywhere on youtube for some videos to show me how to deal with clients, which appears to be that your way is easy and very close to what I do, too!
thank you again, my friend, I know this is a long comment, but it was real and from my heart.

If you wanted to streamline the process then having some premade forms of commen questions you ask people you work with would help. Also a step by step guide of things you need from the client. Then how payment works. You get started and you send them how your process is. Guide them throw the process. You should have done this on the website to some extent but you go down to the details. Then you send a business package with your logo on it and the forms inside with links to your members area. Then you put all the information into a server and cast it back into the client area on your webpage and then having all the information at one place. Sure it take some to setup but hopefully you will never have to waist time again other then optimizing the process to the point you never have to explain this shit again. Also hitting the client with a quistionare at the end of what you can improve in the process really helps with retaining clients.

I definitely got some good ideas here. My main issue has been attracting people who can’t give input or feedback. They literally don’t know what they want or like even after doing a whole branding questionnaire. It’s a constant guessing game. I ask them to give me examples and what they like is all over the board. I get pictures of rainbows and then they ask for something conservative or traditional. They have trouble seeing the brand as a separate entity. Do you have any videos along this line?
