    Dr Kandadi’s academic interests include Knowledge Management, e-Commerce, and Enterprise IT Systems. Dr Kandadi has developed and successfully delivered a number of enterprise research projects which included Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs), ERDF projects and numerous bespoke research projects with businesses in the Aerospace and other manufacturing sectors. Dr Kandadi’s academic interests include Knowledge Management, e-Commerce, and Enterprise IT Systems. Dr Kandadi has developed and successfully delivered a number of enterprise research projects which included Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs), ERDF projects and numerous bespoke research projects with businesses in the Aerospace and other manufacturing sectors.     You mean socialization by Nonaka, and in fact, they should not talk to each other but they should talk via email to documenting this new knowledge, you are missing one important element in knowledge management is codification and authentication

      I gathered that he talked about informal knowledge transfer. i would think naturally the informal form of knowledge transfer would be face to face in an informal and unconditional situation.
