    Hey Matt & Mike
Picking in those old places is kinda sad because all that stuff was someone elses hopes, plans, dreams and treasures that simply overwhelmed them.
I know this because I am overwhelmed with stuff that my son is going to have to deal with someday.
But it makes for good video now !
You guys made some great scores.
Play and work safe, Be well

I believe those 3 air cleaners are for a Pontiac 3x2 intake. I had the same ones on my roadster that had the Pontiac Rochester two jet carburetors, They are larger than your average Rochester two jet like you might have found on a Chevrolet.

    HAPPY EASTER 🐣
Thanks guys for another great show.
Yes Sir, one more life risking, adrenaline rush adventure that you can write down in your journals. WOW !
You guys should really write this stuff down as each of you experienced what was going through your little brains. I do believe that it would be interesting to family over the decades. Also about your friendship with one another. Should be great reading for people, eons from now, when these type of cars are no longer around or allowed to even be on the road. Give it dirt or asphalt, a time when there are just a miniscule amount of old, old senior citizens who might be able to put together a coherent sentence, a story of way back, when his Pop told him or her about these vehicles that they called Hot Rods and on any given night, in the distance, you could hear on Main Street, the rumblings of a race going on with the Hot Rods built by grease monkey's, a home taught or self taught mechanic of decades or centuries long ago.
Keep it going gentlemen, for as long as time allows for each of you and all the others around the country, the world. Props to you all.

An oxalic acid (wood bleach) and water solution will clean up all the rusty tin signs and whatnot. Soak them for a few days and rust dissolves and it's safe on paint. Works great on Mike's old beer cans too. Cheers!

You may already be familiar with it, but thought I would share that I have had great success with Evaporust for cleaning the rust off of chromed parts like those hub caps. No damage to the chrome. You end up with tiny pits in the chrome from what was completely brown. I buy it 5 gallons at a time. I have just purchased Rust 911 to try, but haven't yet.

There is an old hippie commune I used to live in that has a flathead engine sitting on the ground that a tree has grown around. The last time I saw it about 20 years ago it was about 2/3 engulfed within the tree. I couldn't find any ID on the exposed part but I believe it is of Ford decent and as I recall pretty much complete.
