I always liked to imagine those folks are just some sort of pyrotechnics specialist and the bombs are just a nice side hustle, whether it be demolitions or criminal stuff. All depends on how shady the merchant is. Really, think about that: Who else would have unrestricted access to gunpowder and be allowed to manufacture huge amounts of explosives without anyone batting an eye?

I've always wanted to bottle a cuckoo, and drop it in a boss room.
i'd love a side game to have a secret ending. Where you have to track down an almost unmentioned side quest to get an item to hold a cuckoo and then drop it in a fight and get the boss to hit it 3 times and then hundreds pour in and utterly destroy the boss and give you a easy victory

I didn't know the fortune teller in Twilight Princess showed locations of heart pieces.
When i first chose the love thing, she showed me Kakariko Village, and I thought this was referencing Illia, and i was like awwwwww ❤

Is it just me, or is the hand more feminine in Skyward Sword than in OoA or MM?
The hand is actually based on a yokai called a Kurote.
I’ve been playing Zelda for years, especially Ocarina of Time, and I had no idea about Link being able to get a cow in his house. That one surprised me 😮

These are the things we find out when you only have a handful of games in the late 90’s and have to play things to death to get the most out of it. I remember 100% the game (including the damn Poe 4th bottle which is the worst in my opinion.) I really love OoT for that.
As far as how he takes care of the cow, I feel like the kokiri would be in tune enough with animals and plants, that they would do it for you haha. The strangest thing is how you have your cow in the past...
I always figured the sounds Link makes in the waterbed at Zora's Domain to be the most suspicious, especially since the wife of the innkeeper used to have a crush on Link.

Waterbeds aren't bouncy, they're wavy. I'd be afraid of ripping a waterbed by jumping on them.
There's also an interesting statistic I once heard in reference to waterbeds and the size of one's, um, never mind.

The old man does give you the wooden sword in the beginning of the game in the cave...but he shows up in most dungeons giving cryptic tips.
How is the old man omnipresent?

It's not the same old man every time. There's old men and old women. The citizens of Hyrule must have been hiding underground for a long time as Ganon ruled the land above.
For me, the strangest thing was when I entered jabu jabu's belly in mster mode. Why are there cows in his stomach and why do they work as switches for the dungeon?

I've had all 3 massage messages, didn't think they were lewd.
And I'm actually documenting all the flirting in BotW. Gerudo have a lot of lines when you're dressed as a Voe, but dressed as a Vai they don't really flirt, just compliment Link's combat prowess.
I always cringe at the sound heard when you get a massage at Death Mountain.
I purposely go to Gerudo town for the message.....but I've only gotten the one line over and over again. Maybe it's due to always wanting to be woken up in the morning

Pretty sure Madam Fanadi is a Sheikah. She even has the Red Eyes that are a trait of the Sheikah.

Like seriously, where do they have these equipment!?!? I see no equipment near the house, yet I can hear saws and hammers. And apparently you use construction equipment to make flowers.
I wonder how Malon not only knew where Link lived, but even managed to get a giant cow into a treehouse in the magic forest of doom.
20 years later, I still don't know the what and why of the cow.

As for the cow mystery they obviously used ancient shieka amazon drones to deliver the cow directly into link's house. Thankfully, the hero of time has amazon prime.

Are you kidding? The hands make perfect sense! The one in SS is a ghost, and the the one in MM is a Deadhand turned good between MM and OoT, much like how Koume and Kotake were evil until the sequel

What are your thoughts that all Zelda Games before BOTW are now going to be left behind in the “Era of Myth,” and after the BOTW Duology (which will be the bridge) all games will have a blue-garbed Link, and leave behind the old ways, with new villains and the dropping much of the old items, enemies, characters, and perhaps even Hyrule itself?

I don’t know if you could call it bizarre but if I remember correctly, Link is the only hylian in Ordon Village that has pointy ears.

I just assumed the innuendo of Link getting healed through massage was a callback to Zelda 2 where the woman heals Link in her house.

I like linking the Fortune Teller to the Sheikah Stones in Ocarina Of Time. I used to think that her CRYSTAL ball was like a metaphorical "stone", and she had the Sheikah symbol on her forehead. When you reach the Temple of Time, you eventually get to the Sheikah thing in the wall (can't remember what it's called), and it predicts a few of the quests you haven't done yet, by showing you a small piece of whatever comes next in the game. Kind of like predicting the future, like a psychic would do haha.

Yes there is one in the forest had one too. Also that Sheikah Stone you are talking about (Both in Kokiri Forest AND the Temple of Time) only exist on the 3DS version. Not the N64 version.
I’ve been in love with Twilight Princess since I first played it in 2006, but I had NO idea you could control a cucco. I’m happy to have learned a cool new secret about this masterpiece all these years later!

Also in one of the games there is another way to use the toilet.
11:32 You can also find this thing in Oracle of Ages. He is part of a huge trading quest that goes on throughout most of the game. You can interact by just talking to it or dropping stuff on it. I actually got some enjoyment out of dropping seeds down and getting different results.

I think the most unusual (and terrifying for me when I first played Majora's Mask) is the alien things that abducted Romani.

When reading the manual to Twilight Princess, you might discover Link has an actual backstory!
He wants to be the mayor of Ordon Village.
He also seem to be talking in one of the first cutscenes in the game.
Very outlandisch for a 'Link' character :o
Here is a major one in BOTW.
If you go to the main Gerudo town and enter one of the houses on the left, in the bedroom is a combat dummy. If you enter the room sometime around 8-11pm (forgot when exactly) while the owner of the home is inside you can find her standing next to the dummy making some VERY questionable sounds. Bonus if you talk to her when she is doing this she will be upset at you for barging into her house! My memory might be off but I think she even mentions something about privacy.

The hand was also in Oracle of Ages. It’s overlooked a lot because the 2D games aren’t talked about but I remember being so excited when I saw it make another appearance after MM when I was younger 😂

I've seen fan art of Hylians crane-lifting the cow into Link's house, while Malon smiles, Link face palms, and the Kokiri watch on the sidelines wondering wtf is this. I love it x3
Also, getting into the forest isn't that hard, remember Link's mother did it, and the weird punk guy, and the running man got on the first bridge. It's just one bridge to get into Kokiri Forest, you don't have to stay in the woods long enough to get lost to get into Kokiri Forest.
Also also, wish you'd gone into more detail about why the hand in SS is creepy. If you give it Cawlin's love letter... eesh that's unnerving e_o

In LoZ TP I once turned into a cuccoo to fly and I found this heart piece that I wasn't expecting but was curious to know if something was there. I think it was in Kakariko Village. Another one was a poe soul in Lake Hylia waaay to the left of the jumping platform. There's also a place to dig as wolf Link and reap decent rewards from within on that platform. ~nya

The hand, ???, found in Majora's mask isn't creepier than the recreation, Phoeni, in Skyward Sword-- just because the hand in Skyward Sword haunts and tickles Colin every night depending on which ending you pick for that side quest-- that's what makes it creepier. Delusional ghost hand from the toilet touching me and haunting my dreams every night because it is in love with me is a lot creepier than the hand just asking for some paper.... the hand is also in Oracle of Ages.
Main point, the hand is creepy haha

Ooh what if the cuccos in Twighlight princess, while in development, were made to exist in the out side world and be more common in the fields, and while in combat you'd accidentally hit it and then turn into a cucco while link is taking ALL the hits from the enemies, but they found it was very unconventional, and removed the cuccos from the outer world but kept the "ability"
I like that ending music. I have watched Zeldawave 2 over 14 times already, and it is still fairly new.

in my opinion the gerudo of all people would be especially understanding and accepting of transgender people, and maybe this massage artist is simply a gerudo woman somewhat surprised to encounter what she does but she doesn’t mention anything out of the ordinary as certain others that recognize link as a vai do. tldr: gerudo masseuse (and by extension, gerudo town) is trans inclusive but still excited to see what she does having been born in a culture that virtually has no makes (since ganon at least)
Regarding #2 (no pun intended), there's also a hand in a toilet in Oracle of Ages. 💩

Check out the Inns in Rito, Zora or Goron towns and pay for the higher sleep cost, turn up the sound for what happens next for your first time in each place. Rito (Birdy cuddle) Zora (Bouncy Waterbed) Goron ( Chiropractor treatment, OUCH!) xD

The reason Majora's mask hand is terrifying is it looks like a re used hand from ocarina's dead hand.
The "toilet hands" are a kind of yokai called Kurote! They're fairly common but of course I don't expect anyone who isn't either Japanese or aquantinced with Japanese media and folklore to know haha. But yeah a Japanese child would totally know what Kurote are!

Oh my gosh I remember Malon I think said she'd give me something but I'd have to go to my house. I was super pumped wondering what it was I thought it would be something amazing but when I walked into my house I saw a cow and I was like wtf?!?! I was confused and a little disappointed. It was really wierd though.
You can play Epona's Song in front of the cow to get free milk. Feel disappointed now?
@@1993Southparkfan Yeah I found that out cause Navi turned blue when you're near a cow. I figured it out when I first got the song. Funny enough my older brother didn't even know until he beat the game and I asked him why he didn't bring milk
@@k.k.saudiolibrary7418 Actually I remember once I've gotten Epona's song, I've explored Lon Lon Ranch for a bit and played Epona's song to one of the cows there not long after. However, I didn't have a bottle at the time because I couldn't beat Talon's Cucco mini-game (there is a trick where you toss all the Cuccos next to the stairs to make it easier, but I didn't know about it at the time) and I didn't throw all of the Cuccos in the pen at Kakariko Village because I couldn't figure out how to get to the one behind the fence near the windmill.

I figured entering Kokiri Forest wouldn’t be hard. You just enter the entrance and cross a bridge. Or is that small part hexed as well?
I know the bridge is inside the Lost Woods, it’s just past where Skull Kid is, but it’s still a straight shot.

There's a cucco in link to the past that you can use magic powder on to turn into a person. She gives you a hint and tells you she wants to be a cucco again. Its in the upper left house in the village under a pot
Link deserves any and as many happy endings..., I mean 'spa treatments😉' as possible, at the very least for all he willingly goes through for the sake of the world😊
