I was so impressed with that kettle I've ordered that set now, nice one Rob. Defo' need inserts fro them there wellies lad! I like the use of the tray below to protect the forest floor, nice one. The logo is just right to get on a patch for sales Rob, ( hint hint), gets a few quid in to help with gear and a pigs ear or 3 in the local.
@@robtherover get the gel ones and swap them every 3 months or so. I used to wear wellies every day for work in the abbattior on my feet 10 hours a day for Woodgeads/Morrisons in Colne. Was hard work - couldn't do it now, not fit enough.
i've got some of the cheaper pots and pans, treat em well and they work fine. kettle, not a fave, seems like a single use item, i can boil water in a pot for that. frying pan's a good size, the smaller ones you can really do much, unless you want one fried egg or two sausages ! the plastic covered handles on mine have survived several fires and close burns. nice get out !
Hi there. Yeah I know I can use the trangia kettle on an open fire but I don’t want to get it all sooty and have to scrub it each time. This kettle is just for burning.
Loving The Wellington boots👍👍👍👍 not a bad cook kit, the price is amazing! Nice cook off .
Cheers mate. I’ll wear the wellies if I know it’s going to be extra muddy. It’s a pretty good cook set for £9.99. Worth it just for the kettle.
Not a bad cook set that Rob, like the logo
Thanks Michael. I’ll probably use the kettle and frying pan more than the saucepan. It’s huge.
Well done Rob 👍🏽🔥
thank you Scott.

Cheers Mark. Yeah it’s worth it for the kettle alone. And insoles is on my shopping list next time I’m in Asda.

I thought that about the logo. Would be good to get some stickers or a patch.

Cheers Gav. Yeah I’ve noticed the handle plastic is quite tough, not like the rubberised type you get a lot of.
Nice set but too much heat burns off the non stick coating. Have fun stay safe.
The kettle is the best thing about this set. Worth it just for that.
You can use the Trangia kettle on an open fire - Swedish TH-camr Erik Normark does...

That cook kit has got to be worth a a tenner, now you are wearing wellies I shall refer to you as Compo .
Ha ha that’s right. I was trying to think who I looked like when I looked at the footage. The height of Foggy but the look of Compo.
@@robtherover You are wearing the same hat as him as well.
Last Of The Summer Wine always reminds me of my dad. He loved it.
@@robtherover I still watch it .
👍🏻 I’ve got that kit. Use the kettle a lot for fishing brews. Use meths mostly for fuel and it works great .
