Keeping Herbert in my league in the 6th round. I think that’s great value for him.
Eh, depends how many people in that league.. I kept Cousins from last year with my 14th pick, so had to use my 13th to keep him. I’d take him in the 13th over Herbert in the 6th all day. You can get great non-QB value in the 6th. I agree with this dude, outside of 2, maybe 3 qb’s, using ur top 8 picks on a qb is dumb
During online draft last year CBS autopicked me Patrick Mahomes in the first round.. I was SO pissed, as I've always been a wait and draft QB late strategy guy.
Ended up winning the league that year for the first time in 6 years.
Meanwhile in my other league I had Jonathon Taylor #1 overall... you can imagine how that ended for me.
Lol I drafted Diggs 1st and Allen 2nd with the last pick of the 1st rd . It was my first draft and I did pretty good I was in 1st and second until both of them fell off at the end of the year . I also did way too many waiver cuts and signs 😂 had fun tho
Take your pick in round 2.
Its the highest scoring position.
Wait until 3rd and you might as well wait until the eigth

I’ve been burned in past years by waiting on a QB. I now draft for Balance and acquire one of the top tier QB’s early. It has paid off the last 2 years of trying this approach
My league mates took qbs early and i took Jared Goff and im going crazy i have no questions marks on my squad
i had last pick in my league (14th) so I ended up going Jacobs + Mahomes but its the 1st time ive ever drafted a QB in 1st or 2nd rd and tbh its kinda working well for me I just hope Jacobs can figure his bs out and start getting some pts ffs lol
We talk a lot about the QBs you can draft late but honestly you might have a higher chance of finding that skill position that you are foregoing to take that too qb. And we don’t mention the likelihood of that skill position being a bust in the 2nd/3rd round
Yes never reach for qbs..
until your first second round go to ir and you loose your league , having a elite qb gain the points that you miss.

Took Josh Allen in the mid third last year and would’ve won the league had it not been for the bengals bills game being canceled so…..
They usually go in the 3rd, and I don’t think it would be crazy if they double the amount of points of Tee Higgins and Devonta Smith who they are going in the same range of. Love getting a top QB.
Running backs after round 3 suck. I’d rather take a qb scoring 400 points than a running back that’s gonna score 160-220 on the year

In bestball i can see drafting a daniel jones stafford and geno smith or a bryce young . 1 qb league where you need to start one probavly better to go with one of the top 3. Im sure someone pops
Running backs are a dime a dozen. The truth is the running back with the best O line is going to do the best this season.
Yeah but you know what I Believe that there's equal value and maybe even better in terms of running backs and wide receivers even TE After early quarterback pick In fact depending on how the league is drafting you can STACK your team very conveniently I have a couple teams that I drafted about a month ago and actually now it's harder it do well I have DIGGS AND ALLEN THE SUN GOD RIDDLY AYIUK DOTSON SANDERS AKERS PERNIAN COOK (BUFF)WALLER NAUGU AND OTHER STRONG PLAYERS In this isn't a 12 men league
u should probably trade for an RB at this point you can give up ridley ayuik or sun god with like sanders and go get ekler or just a straight up rridley or ayuik for a jacobs or mixon both have better schedules going forward

Fields gets like 12 carries a game for QB... he's a fantasy god
Fantasy is all that matters. Fields and Herbert are equals in fantasy.

I wouldn't dare draft a QB early I'm living proof that it's just a bs trend and nothing more. I've noticed those dudes who draft QBs early make their team hollow and lack in other positions compared to mines. I'd rather take a chance with a T-Law rather than grabbing Allen or Mahomes in the most important part of the draft. You can get great QB production in a lot of RDS it's pointless and you're going to lack depth at the top if you take that risk early.
Facts you don’t need to draft a qb that early earliest i draft a qb would be 5th round
If you can get a top 5 QB within the first 2 rounds, DO IT.
top 3. There's only three guys worth a 2nd round pick
Nah I'm stacking up at wr and rb before I get a qb...I ended up with Fields and Watson...My first 3 picks were JJ Devante and JT

I got Mccaffrey, D Henry, Aiyuk, and Javonte Williams in the first 3 rounds with a 14 person league. Pays to suck last year and trade for an extra 2nd round draft pick!
