    I wish I had picked up on these tips a few years ago, before I went out and spent so much money trying to buy "the best" brushes. I did, however, buy Liquitex Basics to start, which has been amazing to work with as a student brand paint. I still use them but I often mix them with the heavier body Liquitex or Golden and they've worked great together. I've really been tempted to buy the Atelier brand you use but I fear I'm starting to become an art supply hoarder, ha! Anyway, I love your work and I want to thank you so much for your art tips, they're very helpful. God bless you Mark.

      Atelier are great paints 👌 I've used them for a few years now very versatile love them.

      I use atelier paints exclusively now. I have tried other good paints but I love that I can rework my acrylic paint. With a wet Pallett as well, I never waste any paint, as I am a slow Painter, this is ideal for me. Should give them a try. Gives a but more freedom like oils but can still dry faster if you wish.

    Hi Mark, for all the years I have been watching you paint there is one question I have always meant to ask. As you use such a large palette and several colours, how do you manage to keep the colours separated from canvas to canvas, or do you use a fresh board each time?

    • @ExploreAcrylics
      @ExploreAcrylics  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ok, so Sally I have an area for dishing the paint out, and then a few boards for mixing the colours on. I change the board depending on the picture and how much space is left available on the board at any given time! Hope that makes sense!

    • @ExploreAcrylics
      @ExploreAcrylics  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, I don't really understand what it is, is that acrylic paint which doesn't dry? Or do you mean the brand Golden Open? Cheers Mark W :)
