Hands down you have the best videos on drop servicing I have found on TH-cam. Thank you. So many are over-hyped and don't actually have anything useful or actionable.
I found your channel this morning while getting ready for school. I’m 20 and a senior in college. I feel like I’ve been wasting my intelligence on school but now I feel like I’m in the right place. Thank you for that
Before I start connecting and filtering prospective clients on LinkedIn, if my Profile on the platform looks new should that be a negative thing that would make that client more hesitant to accept my offer or even connecting ?
thank u so much....... For the phone call if i'm not good at english i think it can be problem no? and how can i explain to them the service very well and answer all their questions if i'm not expert to the service i'm just dropservicing it?
Hey Sean! Thanks for the great content. Could you make one on getting clients with paid advertising? I put some money aside to start an outsourcing business and like to use both organic and paid advertising.
Maybe in the future! Paid advertising is only about 15-20% of our strategy since we get most of our clients from organic methods (direct outreach, referrals, content, etc).
Great stuff! I enjoyed and got some serious notes. I do have a question though about selecting the right service for a beginner. I have a full time job (which I do not enjoy), a 2 month old and other father responsibilities. I am trying to change our lives because this call center work, just won't cut it. I live in Portugal with my family and aware drop servicing can be done from anywhere. My question is , what would be the right niche for a beginner who wants to one day make this a full time career? Web design? Logo? Video animation? I am very determined to make this work and provide for my family, they deserve a better life. Does this script work for any niche?
awesome sean, all your videos are on point, quick question, let's say you want to outsource the discovery call, but since you're using your account and name to message them how would you go about it? second thing, we would love it if you can make a video covering what you talk about in the 15 mins and the structure of the call
You can just mention that they will be speaking to someone on your team if that’s the case, once they respond. I don’t recommend outsourcing it unless you’ve closed a few clients yourself though :-) I’ll make a video on discovery calls soon!
What happens after you get that client? You talk them up with tha 15 min call. You explain to them the deliverables is what im guessing. Now what? You take a payment and you go to the fulfillment source and "place an order" for that client?
This would depend on who you’re outsourcing The work to. If you’re using something like fiverr it could be as simple as placing the order. If you’re using a white label provider, freelancer, agency, etc it’ll be different depending on the service. they’ll be able to tell you exactly what they need to get started. I’ll do a future video on client onboarding so it makes more sense.
Hey buddy, seriously cool video, learnt a lot, your Instagram link is broken btw 😁 also do you have a Script for when you get them on a call? Thank you soo much

Would love to see you use examples of different niches like web design
