Thanks for the nerdy video 🤓. An important lesson I've learned is how difficult it is to conduct studies on pain-related issues, and that there really isn't solid research evidence for a lot of theories/treatments. Another important lesson is that our nervous system is also a pretty unreliable source of evidence. Muscular pain in one area may really be caused by an issue somewhere else in the chain, and there's no way to know for sure until you go exploring. Good posture/form helps ensure you aren't creating any weak links!
