The fandom is from an anime called "Magic Kaito 1412" or "Magic Kaito: Kid the Phantom thief" (it has two anime adaptions but the 1412 version is more canon to the manga which is only called "Magic Kaito". It's a great anime! You could try watching it if you ever get a chance to :D That one detective kid is Conan. He's from another anime/manga series called Detective Conan. They're separate anime, but their universes overlap, and they have episodes together (mostly Kaito Kid in Detective Conan). If you don't know where to watch them, you can legally watch Detective Conan on Crunchyroll with premium or a spin-off "The Culprit Hanzawa" on Netflix. Unfortunately, there's no other legal way to enjoy the anime. Perhaps you can read the manga tho, there are some websites you can read it on. If you wanna know, you can ask me and I can give you a link :)
