I absolutely love the small glances Kaito and Conan would occasionally exchange. And the ghost representing Kaito's real feelings hidden underneath his poker face, amazing. The thoughts were great.

I don't know just like him know what he (Kaito) is going to do. It was in a movie that showed Kaito being annoyed buy him knowing what trick he was going to do. Like that.
Kaitou KID literally reminds me of Nikolai Gogol from BSD.. except for the fact that their motives are different (+looks) and the fact that Nikolai is a terrorist.
