How to remove rebar from the ground. The cheap way!

Would it work with a ground rod stuck in the ground?......................try it out.

i removed a 3 ft ground rod using a pipe wrench twisting and pulling up as i twist, i added 8oz of water around the rod, probably didn't need water. you can rent a tool to remove 8 ft ground rods, i use my old bumper jack now i can called myself *chingonsote*
