    Excellent content; thanks for the detailed tying demonstration, paired with your knowledge of how to fish the pattern.
    I’m heading your way to Pine Creek October 8th for a few days, any suggestions on patterns to carry?

      Thank you, and thanks for watching! I’m not sure what to recommend for Pine. Probably the standard nymphs, including a few big stonefly nymphs and Woolly Buggers. I saw that the Brown Trout Club is stocking on the 30th and the state will be stocking the week after that, so your timing is good!
      As far as hatches, I’ve been seeing some small Baetis and an occasional Slate Drake. And of course, it’s probably a good idea to never go anywhere without a variety of caddis pupa, emergers, and dries. Hope this helps and you have an awesome trip!

      Thanks for the fast reply, and I will circle back with regards to what worked…fall fishing is a great second chance to get back into the water and beautiful PA scenery.
