鬆動係正常的，太貼跑長距離之後隻腳會再脹，好容易撞黑甲

我冇Alphafly, 但據了解Alphafly 鞋比較重，但係適合體重比較重嘅飽手，回彈會比較好，Vaporfly next3 鞋比較輕 但重磅人士未必適合
