Ee company onum alla, Indiayile laws aanu ithnoka karanam. Laws should change;
- Minimum wage law
- Maximum work hours for a week law
- If you work overtime, get paid 1.5x times the regular pay
- Minimum day off and work life balance
Aa rule vanna oruthanum extra work eduppikkila, coz they have to pay more. Thats how work life balance is implemented, its not a company level problem, its a nation/law problem
