    So simple and clearly instructed, one of the best, i have come across (IYENGAR) since my guru of all yoga gurus, Glen Cicorellie way back in 1988 in Melbourne, Australia.

      Hi Ruchi dear, Thanks for your note, wonderful this is resonating with your body alignment and structure.
      Regarding your knees, have you had an injury? Is this new or chronic? Are the backs of your legs tight, the hamstrings, Or maybe you are over flexible in the knee join and hyper extending, which would also cause pain from pressure. What about your shoes? Flat feet etc?
      Please explain more about what sort of poses give you the most pain and tension. Without seeing you, the more information you can give me may help to understand the source of your pain.

    Hi Kathy! Thanks so much for this! Now that I am doing remote classes, I truly miss the rope wall in class. I was excited to see these ropes and hooks! Can you tell me where I can get these and if I can just attach them to a wall? Or would I need to get a literal rope wall? Any info is greatly appreciated! 🙏

    • @DesaYogiIyengarYoga
      @DesaYogiIyengarYoga  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Nadia, great you could join me.
      There is no need for a rope wall, they can be installed by screwing directly. You do need a certain screw but they are available everywhere. Google Iyengar screw gor rope wall. You can search there for dimensions etc.
      There is also. Avaibility of ropes on line or you can purchase ropes directly and tie them. Those instructions are also on line. 🙏🏻❤️

    Teacher I really like your yoga sessuons. They are very useful. I want to know how you have prepared this setting with rope? What is the length of the rope?, From how much height the rope should be hanged from the floor level and what is the distance between the two ropes?

    • @DesaYogiIyengarYoga

      Hi Ayanthi, the easiest for you would be to search Iyengar Rope wall set-up, on line.
      All the information is there for all. 🙏🏻❤️
